ASAP Tickets representatives are trained to lie and steal. I purchased 8 tickets from Darshan to travel over seas and stay a month. I was contacted and informed that Saudia Airlines canceled their flight but I was assured that they could get us a flight together as before.
They got 7 of us a flight paying a flight difference and using each one of our insurance of $179 that we purchased. And we had to purchase the insurance again each Incase a flight was late or our luggage was damaged. Then the last one the act like it was impossible to get reservations but I told them to check all reservations if they can't get all the reservations together I do t want it. Now I find out that if the airlines canceled I should not of received a change fee. The notes said I ignited the change. Now the representative masters won't take my call.
