He took his time to find my ticket based on my budget. He was thorough, and he even answered my call late at midnight to answer questions. I bought my tickets for my family that night and even gave him a $40 tip because he was fantastic.
I usually book direct with the airlines, but since i received an email from ASAP about cheap flights, i gave it a shot. It was an amazing experience to work with Ives. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all my queries. He was very polite and patient too.
