I purchased three tickets to Australia, a month later they close down all flights to Australia Sophie dee told me I would have to call ASAP to get my refund back when I called ASAP they said that I had to fill out a form and then they will get it back to me I feel that the form nothing happened now it's been a year and still no refund. I was told that DG had not refunded my money yet however when I called Figi airlines had assured me that they did months ago.

Haven't traveled internationally in a long time. Lars made the process of booking a lot easier for an old lady like me. He listened to my concerns and he presented a lot of flight options for me. He made me comfortable and confident that I could do this.

The tickets were very good and my agent was very helpful.
When I paid I left what I financially could but was told that effects the agents ratings. I was almost badgered into providing more which I could not.
Supervisor was asked to approve, however my care and receipts had already been confirmed.
Other than that it was seamless and I have used ASAP numerous times!

I bout a family vacation tickets for 7 people and paid $16,000. The next day the airline cancelled one of the connections in my itinerary. Since then I am unable to reschedule my trip and issue new tickets. I keep receding bad alternative itineraries and in some cases incorrect itineraries. It has been difficult communicating with ASAP agents and in some cases I met totally unfriendly and uncooperative agents.
I am very frustrated about the way ASAP dealt with my case. I need a solution as soon as possible today.

I paid for insurance on a ticket. I did not use the ticket and purchased another ticket through them. Every time I call to inquire about my refund and put it on hold for 15 minutes and the recording hangs up on me. No one ever calls you back. This is been going on for a month. The insurance on the ticket seems to be a scam

Very quick and on point assistance by the travel agent, since the start through finding best options and deals to complete the booking. Very satisfied overall with DeeDee.
We purchased economy tickets for this trip. We normally fly business class but the prices currently are so high we decided we would fly economy--also very high. We purchased economy class but it was never explained to us before purchasing that these were the cheapest economy which meant that in order to reserve seats, register checked bags, etc. the cost was much, much higher than we were lead to believe because the agent never told us what fare class we were in. I even inquired as to what the fare class was but the agent was not forthcoming with that information but said we were eligible to upgrade not to business but to higher economy fare. She never once mentioned that the price of the ticket was the bare bones fare. Telling people who normally fly business class that they are now relegated to the cheapest seats in the house certainly would have made us rethink booking these tickets, the cost of which were an additional almost $600! Then, after the fact, to offer that she could give us a discount on bags after the fact one has to wonder why she did not offer these at the time we booked our flight! After all we explained that we normally fly business so... we have now gone from the sublime to the ridiculous with this experience--and all because the agent was more focused on making a sale than making a customer happy.
My husband and I live on airplanes and travel extensively. We used ASAP in the past and we thought we would give them a try again. I can assure you that after this experience we will not be using them again. Making a one-time sale when they could have had our business of at least 6-7 overseas trips a year plus at least 6 U.S. travel trips for us as a couple was a rather short-sighted sales approach.
