They are money hungry thieves that will stop at nothing to get your money. I bought a ticket with a protection plan, and they didn't add the protection plan and therefore they used that excuse to not grant me my full refund. They have this rule that you can cancel within 24 hours of purchasing ticket. I called them within 24 hours multiple times, but the agent (Hennessy) refused to help and told me she would follow up in 30 minutes and never called back. Their supervisor is also useless and did not help at all, and they purposely do not add a protection plan even though I filled out a form and gave my credit card information. Stay away from this company! They have expensive rates but they are not transparent about them.

We recently experienced a bad situation. International booking had a 2hour window in between flights but because the first flight/plane was late by an hour we were not able to board the 2nd flight. We were told we are no show. That situation is not due to our fault but of the 1st airline that was late. We called asaptickets thinking our PROTECTION PLAN will be ideal for this situation and we were refused. We ended up buying tickets at 2x the price. Staff is only friendly when booking but when there is an issue with money you are at a loss. Next time use other company or make sure you allot times for situation like flight delay and other things.

My agent was Bolivar, and he was very great at finding cheap rates and followed up every step of the way throughout the entire process. I enjoyed my interaction with him and he helped with the booking. I will definitely recommend ASAP Tickets and plan on using them again in the future.

They gave me a ticket that was not valid. I was supposed to have a connecting flight between ANA airlines and JetStar airlines. When I got to the airport, the staff would not let me board as ANA airlines and JetStar airlines are not allowed for connecting flights, I have called ASAP tickets immediately and they were unable to help me. I tried calling them repeatedly and they all told me to wait for 24-48 hours. It has now been more than 48 hours and they're telling me to wait more. They won't even rebook my tickets and are now telling me to pay more for the fare differences. Why should I pay more when it was their fault on why I was unable to travel. Furthermore, they would not even give me a refund, they only want to give me a voucher. There customer service sucks as well, especially their employees, Givenchy and Migoro, they lied to me and made me wait for them to contact me. They never did and ignored my calls. DO NOT BOOK HERE EVER if you don't to waste your time and money!
