These guys showed up in a Google search for cheap tickets. I went to buy and it made me enter my email address and my phone number. Then it said I couldn't purchase and a travel agent would contact me shortly.
I got a call from a "travel agent" who proceeded to put me on hold. Came back with a couple prices 200 dollars higher than they advertised. When I was like wtf? She put me on hold again. After 30 minutes I decided to terminate the call. This was when my phone started blowing up with the agent trying to call me back. It was late at night past my bedtime so I had to block the agent in order to get some sleep.
The agent then sent me several emails quoting different prices. I went to buy one on the link it had, and guess what, I couldn't purchase, I had to call my agent. In the meantime, the amount of spam emails I am getting is starting to go through the roof. This is great because I hadn't given my email out online for at least 6 months.
At their site I put my dates in again and it returns a price much lower than what the agent quoted. The agent called me again. I said I wanted the fare they were advertising, and once again the agent ignored it, even though I emailed her a screenshot, she only wanted to talk about the more expensive one. Altogether I spent over 1 hour trying to buy a ticket and finally realized my time is worth more than the savings.
I disconnected the call and proceeded to fill out "unsubscribe forms" from all the spam emails for the next 30 minutes.
This agency is a joke.

I called for a ticket and I was amazed. Within a couple of minutes my ticket was issued with a great deal and no hassle. Agent Damon treated me with respect and patience. Awesome service. Every one needs to experience the best deals and offers.
