The initial set up was OK, but when the airlines started changing flight dates, the refused to work with the airlines, their agents miss-represented and just denied any flight conflicts were happening and then refused to answer any questions relative to what actions they were taking. They totally, ignored their customer and claimed they were operating at the direction of the customer. I will strongly advise anyone meet during my travels to avoid this company. We took out the travel insurance ($195.00) but that was worthless, they even requested a payment during a previous inquiry of $4300. 00 to make a travel change which the airlines then did for nothing.

Well done by my agent Zamora. She was very patient and accommodating. I was relaxed and confident while waiting for her search of my desired inclusive dates and my choice of the different airlines presented to me. She gave different quotations of different airlines, different dates and different prices of the specifications I gave her. Compre un pasaje. Estuve todo el tiempo que eso requiere y un poco más. Por fin termino el trámite. Lo pague. Me llego una confirmación. Y al rato empezó el drama. Que la aerolínea había subido el precio. Primero 30 dólares, después 70 y al final no se cuanto. Por lo tanto me quede después de largo tiempo sin nada más que un sabor amargo.

The best experience with a booking agent that I have ever had in all my many years of travel and airline booking. Never had a booking agent as caring, dedicated, and proficient. If all your travel agents are like the one I had, ASAP Tickets is uncontestably the best.

I had a Very bad experience! We bought tickets for 2.5k each and they could not even preserve seats for us, specially for my old mother! I suggest you buy tickets on the airline's website. No to ASAP tickets again!

Glad I found this service she did a great job finding me tickets at a cheaper price but still great airlines and flight times. Agent had to go back and forth many times to get help on my clarification questions.
