People, you need to run away from this agency. They would like to keep calling when you're booking your flight and charges you for the TIP on the end. Then, they're going to cancel your flight and charge you with 550$ even if I don't wNna cancel my ticket voluntarily. Now, it's almost a month of calling this agency every single day but same sh*t there going to tell you. If you don't want stress and headache, run away.!

First time worst service ever, I will never go back or recommend anyone, I purchase my ticket for me and my wife the lady was so anxious just to book the ticket but when I had a problem and issue in Turkey's support she left me hanging after talking to her she never called back nor she does anything to me I have to deal with the airline, the airline charge me $50 or your Asian wanna charge me $250 per ticket plus the airline what a rip off. I don't deal with scammers or unprofessional

I had the most horrible experience of my life! Initially I saw the ad that you could purchase tickets from asaptickets.com at a very cheap price. An agent(Siegle M) immediately called me and gave different quotes(nothing like what was shown in the ad). The price was not so different from cheapoair or other popular websites. Still I went ahead and booked through them and got a confirmation as well as I thought it was convenient. When I did not receive my e-tickets even after 48 hours after confirmation email, I started following up. The agent who had enthusiastically worked with me while purchasing the tickets was now off for 2 full days and no other agent would help with my query. That's when the nightmare began. After 3 days, the agent came back from his so called "rest day" and said my initial flight from Bangalore to London from British airways had been affected and started offering me schedules that did not work with my travel dates. After none of those schedules(different dates and longer flight durations and layovers) worked for me, I asked for a refund. Please note that I had purchased travel care for 800+ USD to protect myself from financial loss if I decided to change my schedule. They canceled my tickets after messing around for 5 full days(when I could have got much better deals elsewhere) and ALSO kept my ENTIRE travel care amount. They are a big scam! Please be careful with such money hogging fraud companies. It's your hard earned money.
I would give them negative stars if I could. They are not worth even a single star. They are just fraud!
