After purchasing flights to the Czech Republic and Poland in December and the 200$ travel insurance that stated we could cancel or change our tickets anytime up to 24hrs pre-flight, the war in Ukraine caused an humanitarian/refugee crisis and the very real risk of getting caught in a major conflict. I requested a refund, they initially said ok, then mysteriously my tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable. Despite multiple emails stating to the contrary they refused to refund or transfer my tickets. After weeks of arguing with several different representatives I finally called an arbitration company. Then, miraculously, my tickets were non-refundable! However, only as a credit for another flight booked through ASAP. We booked to Belize which was 700$ cheaper than the flight to Europe. They still tried to charge me an additional 600$ blaming it on the airline or anything else they could think of. After realizing I wouldn't be further stolen from, they gave us the new tickets, but still stole the several hundred dollars difference cost. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! There is Facebook groups, online forums, and thousands of cases like mine or worse.

Foster was very patients and respectful in dealing with me. He answered all my questions in a very respectful
Way, no signed of irritations at all, the main reason why I bought our ticket going to the Phils. Thru ASAP.
Because of his clear explanation re economy and premium/economy I decided to buy premium/economy instead
Of economy only. Employee with his kind of knowledge, professionalism and courtesy needs to be recognized by

Bait and switch
June 24, 2022

Purchased air + hotel for trip to Europe June 2022 in Oct 2021. In multiple emails I requested hotel to include daily breakfast. I did not receive a hotel payment receipt to show at check in which I began requesting in Jan 2022. I received a receipt from asap with an Expedia booking which did not include breakfast. ASAP paid Expedia more for the hotel without breakfast than I could have booked in Oct 2021 on hotels.com for the hotel plus breakfast. Multiple emails sent to ASAP agent and their complaint department. Despite sending them copies of emails from October in which I clearly stated the hotel was to include daily breakfast, they say that I am mistaken and that I did not make such a request. What liars, what nonsense. I am now out $248 for 2 people for breakfast for 4 days.

This was my first time using this site. Iowa made it so easy and was so patient as I kept needing to make changes. The price for ticket was $1000 less than on the airlines website I was going to buy it on.

I've booked a discounted fare and purchase a travel care service plan thinking that this will protect me if there will be problem with my original travel bookings. I was sold an itinerary that will not allowed me to reach my final destination because the ticket that was sold to me would involve a transfer from one airport to another, specifically from Narita to Haneda airport, which I learned is not allowed for foreign travelers. I tried first to rebook the leg of my flight with another agent (because I the agent who sold me the ticket is not available to be reach when I called) who at first seems to be helpful by telling me that there is one seat left that will allow me to change my Haneda to Manila connecting flight to Narita to Manila which will cost me an additional CA$600 plus for the flight difference. After initially asking what are my other options, I finally agreed that she rebook me with that revised flight. However, while she was supposed to finalize the change, the line was dropped. I called back but when I talk to her again (her name is Ayaka), she told me that the one seat left got expired and that's when she told me she will call me in an hour so she can find me another alternative flight to replace the invalid ticket that was sold to me. It's been a tiring follow-up call but I never got her to attend to my issue after that - first she told me she will again call me back. But I didn't get a call back, I tried many times to call their Customer Support department at *******238 and either she would not reply when other agents transfer the call to her. In short, my issue has not been resolved and I am really disappointed at how ASAP handle its customer.
