I booked the ticket with Asaptickets and my experience is terrible and misleading. When I bought the ticket, the agent confirmed that the ticket has 24 hours cancellation policy with full refund and any ticket you buy has this 24 hours return policy. I had to cancel my ticket the very next day due to my Sons graduation date impact (cancelled within 15 hours), but I was told that the ticket was not eligible for refund and they can only keep the ticket open for 1 year. It was not a small amount that I am willing to loose. Now the agents are not picking up my calls and I am going like a round robin. I am not going to give up until they refund. I will not recommend asaptickets to anyone.

When there is a major change in my ticket the company email me and also called me to explain the situation. Less than an hour they found me another flight. Greatful for their effort.

Exchange tickets, they really do not try to help make this happen. Even with the same flight numbers just three days apart. They said there was not any seats but if you want to cheapo air there was 50 economy seats available for this date of May 29. Originally scheduled for June 1. I am writing this review because my fly would be leaving at this time today

WE bought tickets from this company for 7 people last May 2021 for our December flight to the Philippines. Come September, their agent named Sharmel told me that our flight is cancelled. We rebooked our flight for April 27 2022. Paid another $200 each person for fare difference just for us to be able to see our families. Starting January they keep on making changes on our itinerary. I can tell that there's something wrong so I started to call Air Canada for our flight and I found out that there's no tickets issued for us! Up to Apr 26, day before our flight, we still don't have our tickets! I keep on telling their agent, Griffith about it and he even talked to Air Canada and got the same answer, there are no tickets issued! We want to get our refunds, but they just keep on promising that we will get our money back! We worked hard for that money and WE WANT IT BACK!

I will never buy tickets from them again. They tell you to buy protection plan Incase you need to change flights or cancel. This time I actually have to cancel and they charge more than half the cost of my ticket. Charging $500 for a cancellation fee is unheard of. And to change a flight, not allowed they only allowed a change of date not the flight. You have to take the same flight route! So it only I bought protection plan for nothing. I'm loosing $500. And I still have to wait for a call back for a refund! This is fraud! I've been traveling all my life and this is the first! Never again!

I was injured in an accident before my flight back to the US. Despite the insurance coverage I bought with my ticket, and having complied with claim requirements, I was not rebooked at a reasonable price nor was a refund of the unused portion of my previous ticket applied to a new ticket I had to buy with another credit card.
