The experience with the representative was wonderful and she did all the possibly could do in order to make it easier on me to purchase tickets and attempt to find the lowest possible fare.
I will be traveling in a timeframe where the fares are very high and I wanted the shortest possible shrimps watch the agent who is able to fly. Lakan is a good agent and very knowledgeable!

The worst travel agency ever in the world, I have informed them three months ahead of our travel for the name changes, and they never return my request until 5 days prior our travel date, nobody knows how to resolve this problem and they are telling me to cancel the TKT and re-book them with new fares plus penalty. The problem there is no connection among agents as well, I won't recommend them to anyone even if they are the last agent to book TKTs with them in the world.

ASAP team is not good and I won't recommend to anyone due to false ticketing. Whatever they have discussed initially was not the same at the time of payment. Not sharing enough information to the customer about ticket fare and baggage information. I totally paid 10% ticket amount for ticket production. They have not reschedule the ticket and not taking phone call and not providing proper support and point of contact person for rescheduling
Everything was not real. It is scam. Again I will never recommend to anyone.

They charge you for insurance so you can change your ticket date without penalty! But guess what there's still penalty fee of $150 even tho you have payed $250 per person previously for insurance. They're no help. Took me 6 days to get an answer from them. They don't reply to emails, calls or what'sapp messages. I've been travelling for about 20 years with different agency's. This agency is the worst I have experienced in my opinion It waste of money.
