WARNING! Do NOT BUY TICKETS FROM asap ever, you will overpay and they will pressure sell you worthless insurance coverage ( they will tell you that it covers everything, if you get sick, hospitalized…) and if you do, they will tell you sorry YOU ARE NOT COVERED, your tickets are non- refundable.
I am planning to file a class action LAWSUIT against asap and I am looking for people who were charged excessive amount of money for fraudulent, worthless insurance coverage. I have it all documented.
I was charged $389.85 for insurance on a trip to Egypt. I got sick, went to the hospital, was ordered by my doctors not to travel until I fully recovered.
Approximately $4,389.85 was spent on tickets and insurance, only to be told that I am not covered.
I will follow after I decide on an attorney, also planning to contact Attorney General's of states they have offices or calling centers in as well as the FTC.

I paid in March to travel in July 2021 for 6 travelers to Nigeria through asap ticket. In June they cancel our flight, Turkish Airline. The agent asked me to pay additional $700 for each passenger to be rebooked with another Arline. I want a refund instead.
So devastated because travel time is so close and i may not be able to get flight for the dates i wanted and will have to pay a lot more. To make the matter even worse, after multiple run-arounds from them, the lady at their finance/refund Ms Ayaka, claims that some of my payments are refundable. They should be compensating me for the inconvenience they caused me but instead this lade and asap want to get paid for service they did not provide.
Right time, I'm fighting to get my full refund while I'm losing time to even find another bookings. It's always better to deal with the Airline directly

I was undecided about the details of specific day of departure and arrival. Keanu checked every possible day and class that my undecided mind could conjure up, with patience. I purchased 3 tickets to Australia in 11/1/2020 but by March 2021 Figi airlines canceled all flights there. So I called asap to get my refund, they had me fill out a refund form, then after a calling two months later they had had me send a message to another person then another but each time when you call their line if your not buying then they hang up. Then they told me that the airline hasn't sent the money back. I called them and they assured me that they did and it I would call them and have them call they would give them the refund receipt number so we could receive it. Now we are now a year and a half later still no refund. They are thieves and once they have your money they won't help you at all and since everyone is from another country they don't care. The only way they would get a 4or5 star rating is if they paid for someone to fake it.

Cheap is always cheap, don't from them, they canceled my tickets two times, it's a fraud, I will never buy tickets from them again, also didn't refund my insurance money which I didn't use, I booked the flights 3 months before, I had everything ready, the worst experience I ever had, Unexperienced people will talk to you, don't even know English well.!

We have dealt with ASAP before and were then subsequently bombarded with phone calls trying to convince us to buy tickets.
This time I was pleasantly surprised that the ASAP member, Stoffel was very helpful and knowledgeable. Despite the skyrocketing flight costs to Europe, ASAP found us the lowest rate. I was however, less happy with a few other aspects as below.
1) no chance to select seats
2) Strange demands for security checks that seemed like exposing us to hackers
3) Happy to get a hotel for three nights included, but the process was murky with a more attractive example of a hotel and then awarded a different hotel, further from the center.
