I bought a ticket from Orlando to Bujumbura. I made sure 4 times to make sure my luggage was covered with my purchase. Murray confirmed it was covered 4 times. When I checked in it said no luggage covered and I couldn't even purchase a carry on. I had to buy 2 checked bags and upgrade my seat so I could take my carryon. I could of used any other site to get a better deal. I tried to change my flight and change fees where more than my flights. Book through trusted sites. Avoid this company and save the stress and money.
