However, i am still waiting from ASAP replies to my 2 questions--
A. Can i get out of the airport in Istanbul and visit downtown briefly for 2-3 hours? Any papers i need?
B. do i need to bring a COVID test report on my trip?
First i was kinda doubtful in booking on line until i spoke to one of the rep named shamcey she provide excellent service. Patience and helpful.

Have spent countless hours on the phone with these people, everything has to be escalatied to someone else, everyone apologizes, but no one does anything about the problem. Will never deal with this company again. They lie and mistreat the customer while apologizing the whole time. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. Crooks

Some time ago I started getting emails from ASAP and kept them in mind if needing help with a future air booking. The opportunity came when we needed to book a flight for our daughter to join us in Scotland and then fly home with us on a flight we had already booked for my husband and I. It took awhile to work through the details of the booking with Delta but Elfstan was patient and successful in helping us. We are grateful for the help he provided and are looking forward to having our daughter with us in Scotland and who will do the driving on our independent tour of the country our ancestors came from.

The agent I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful, however there were more fees than I had expected which is something to keep in mind. You'll have to pay for a protection plan for your tickets since their tickets are non-refundable. On top of that, you'll pay for the service the agent provides you via the phone (this I didn't mind as much because I was more than happy to tip my agent, however it is something to keep in mind). My overall review of the experience is average, I wasn't outraged, but I wasn't shining with joy either. I wish they were a little bit more upfront about the fees you'll have to pay, also, I found tickets that were the same price on expedia but expedia doesn't make you pay extra fees.
