I booked my travel thru ASAP. I gave the customer service representative my options i. E. different airlines but with my choice RT itineraries. He gave me the details of each itineraries and each airlines. I waited for a few days to review the options and my final choice. When I talked to him again, he referred me to another lady who is equally able and competent as a customer service representative. She helped me thru the process from the start to finish. Aside from processing my payment, she also explained some other features like the Dreampass which I have never heard before. After that, I got my E-tickets and yeas... I am ready for my travel.

Zach was very helpful and stayed with me until any small issues were resolved. The price of the ticket plus insurance was very good including carry-on luggage and checked luggage.
