Agents ok. It takes a long time to get a ticket issued, I spent 2 hours on the phone to get a ticket.
They are very hard to understand and it is easy to sign up for extras. The agent just mention about things, if you want them, you think it comes with the ticket, but it costs.
Ask questions but unfortunately, they don't answer, perhaps they don't understand english that well.
It is not a Company, I will use.again.

I was very disappointed for the denial of Affirm.com payment plan, although I have 4 to 6 past payment plan approval for domestic US flights to Hawaii, Phoenix, Austin, etc.
