The attendants are very nice and respectable, however, their goal is to overcharge you as much as possible. They convinced me to pay 4,000.00 more than was necessary on an international flight and got my name wrong on the ticket after I sent them all of my information in writing making the travel process a complete nightmare! They then proceeded to call me every day-- 3 separate people all who had not spoken to each other to "fix" my name. When I ended up having to fix it all myself at the airport in the end. Do it yourself or use another travel service if you have to.
Brilliant excellent salesmanship convinced me to purchase the plane ticket. He's an asset to the company.

We had a last minute problem. One week before our trip to Greece we received an email from the airline that they had canceled our flight back to the USA. I contacted ASAP and immediately, in addition to taking care of the situation, they were contacting us by phone and email, and they got us a better trip than the one we had originally.

The travel agent who assisted me did a good in making sure that everything went smoothly. It was difficult entering information on your site. Other websites only require name and address, followed by passport number. Your site was looking for ways to extract more money from your customer.
