My ticket was book before June 2022. Since than it has been changed four times. Was told it was due to the airlines changing the time or dates. As a passenger this is very frustrating and stressful. I hope there will be no more changes.

Very dishonest and unethical travel agency. Ezra the travel agent, did not once told me that ASAP do allow cancellation. Sand will try to steal your money when you cancel. I cancelled my 74 year old mother's ticket due to her illness and now ASAP is refusing to fully refund the Affirm their money.
I mouthy travelling insurance with the ticket, which spells out that the tickets are protected and entitle to full refund If they are cancelled.
I will stop at nothing to spread the news about ASAP and will take them to court if I do not receive my fiull refund.

My experience with ASAP tickets is horrible. They Charges $5135 for 2 tickets from Seattle to Delhi via Turkish airways. More than double from regular price. When i talked to their representative named " Taribo
# *******1504" he said he will give me 600 discount with my next purchase. When i said okay book 3 more tickets and give me $600 discount then he refused. They Cheat me appox. ($800 price match + $600 over charges+ 339 for Ticket Protection, which i didn't buy = $1739 overcharged) I will never use it and I'm going to put on Facebook until all my friends and relatives not to use ASAP tickets. There is no way that anyone would see this as a reliable and responsible or professional company. They are just the opposite. He's a lying guy.

Willow was FANTASTIC and very professional to work with while she tried to get the best ticket for me. If you are not crazy about looking/comparing ticket prices online because after awhile it gets confusing and you get tired well ASAP is for you... ASAP can get you a great ticket quickly. You need to give ASAP a try you wont regret it!

I bought my tickets and paid extra to be able to change my dates without penalty. They're charging over $4000 and penalty for charging dates and I can't reach my agent. He does not answer or reply calls or emails. I will be filling a claim with better business bureau and will never use this company again.
