The travel agent who assisted me did a good in making sure that everything went smoothly. It was difficult entering information on your site. Other websites only require name and address, followed by passport number. Your site was looking for ways to extract more money from your customer.

Experience with agent excellent except she hooked us into an extra charge for cancellation coverage that is a farce then she gave me a travel flight price that was a basic fare that did not include any checked luggage and we are travelling for two months. Common sense will tell you that you cannot travel for two months with a carry-on luggage only. Cost me a lot more to add checked luggage to our tickets. Appears I was dupped again. Must remember to stay away from unfamiliar contacts. EAN

Teymur is very rude. I have only asked him to change the dates and he gave me the double amount quotation. Before that Quotation is of $1700; after that, he provides me with a Quotation of $3700. If he don't want to work then don't assign him to any client. He is spoiling the reputation of ASAP. If you want I can give proof as well. You feel very rude while taking to him.

I booked my ticket last 2019 after 3 months Covid starts. There was travel, we have canceled our flights. We paid $2500 Cad we got our refund after 8 months and had lots of fights with all the agents. We recieved $1600 CAD refund. Don't engage with this company. Terrible service as well! Disgusting.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I had emergency so I could not return back. I was told by ASAP agent to call United airlines for my refund. I did and United airlines approved it base on my emergency document. My refund was send to ASAP account because they got the ticket
From United. It has been almost 2 months but ASAP keep tossing me around. Now no one is even replying my emails and when I call, they tell me someone will call me back but no one does. I have really regretted getting ticket from this company.

Before you guys deal with this company, research the feedback about them. I had the worst nightmare with this company in just one booking. The latest being that their agent misspelled my husband's last name, so his name in PAL's records will not match his passport. They want me to pay $50 CAD as of last night to have this corrected on PAL's records. Today, they are asking me to pay $80 CAD, which, according to them is what PAL charges for name correction. PAL has twice confirmed to me they only charge $25 USD for name correction. That's just $35 CAD, not $80 CAD. Their escalation department is asking me to pay for the name correction first, and they "will investigate and if it will be proven that this is our agent mistake we will reimburse you that amount." My departure is just a few days away. ASAPtickets Philippines and ASAPtickets Canada, do you realize how much sales you are losing by doing business this way? I am posting this to make sure other customers are forewarned. I am copy-pasting this to Google Reviews for the benefit of other customers.

RanVijay, ASAP representative did an excellent job finding the right flight, carefully chose the time traveling especially choosing 1stop flight with short lay over for our long distance travel.
