My whole story is very long. But in short... we had problems with our booked flight and needed to change or cancel them. We had been convinced to buy the "cancel for any reason" insurance. Well it was not cancel for any reason, they were no help, it cost us a ton of lost money, and have provided no customer service at the time or since.

Some of the add-ons which were added to the ticket were not fully explained and I was surprised to be charged a whole lot more than I expected. There was a misunderstanding about something added which I thought was free but it was actually charged on me.
