I would have given a 5 star rating if the first booking would have not been incorrect. Air Canada has changed the duration of the layover in Montreal, thus making it impossible for us to make it in time for our connecting flight in Munich

Good customer service, it took longer than expected to verify some of the questions I had. I think the agent learned as much as I did. I asked him many questions which required him to do extra research regarding my flight. Great Job!

Leandr was and is patient with my decisions changing each second. He convinced me of what is best for me and if wasn't for budget restrictions on my finances. I would have agreed on everything he offers! He seems to understand my circumstances! He knows when to push and boy is he a pusher but in a polite, compassionate way! He is an asset to your company! I booked my travel thru ASAP. I gave the customer service representative my options i. E. different airlines but with my choice RT itineraries. He gave me the details of each itineraries and each airlines. I waited for a few days to review the options and my final choice. When I talked to him again, he referred me to another lady who is equally able and competent as a customer service representative. She helped me thru the process from the start to finish. Aside from processing my payment, she also explained some other features like the Dreampass which I have never heard before. After that, I got my E-tickets and yeas... I am ready for my travel.
