Hi, it started well but at the end when I needed the itinerary confirmation, I called the agent several times but there was no response which to me is not the best.
Communication is key to ticketing and it brings more customers.
If I call you and you fail to answer my calls, it tells me of disrespect and it needs to be changed

I actually thought this was a scam site because every time I called, my "agent" was unavailable, and then the main line was disconnected. Later, when I finally did speak to my agent, the line kept dropping. Even though they kept saying it was a A+ rated on BBB, I had my doubts until I finally got a confirmation from the airline itself. I did get a good price, but m not sure it was worth all the trouble...

I had an extremely positive experience in booking tickets with ASAP. The agent, Sri, was extremely conscientious. He worked with me to find the best rate on a flight that worked. I was also very impressed by the insurance coverage offered. Since I'm flying in winter from a northern location, anything can happen. The insurance coverage is very comprehensive in case of delays, lost baggage, etc.

My group was slow to decide, but the agent, layla. D, was patient and continued to monitor prices, and got us the best deal possible. I will definitely go this way again, and recommend to my friends.
