Needed short notice tickets from USA to UK. Checked most major online sites for tickets. Asaptickets came up, needed to call. From the moment I was connected to Costas he worked hard to get me the best flights and price. I was soon contacted with options available. Costas found better connections at a good price considering it was last minute. Technical issues with my credit card meant payment was delayed, Costas and Asaptickets arranged to hold the tickets while payment was made (i felt they went above and beyond the call of duty. Great job guys!). Once all confirmed Costa called and went through the itinerary, asked if he could reserve seats.
All in all Costas and Asaptickets offered and provided a great service. Kept a great line of communication. I would highly recommend them based on my experience this summer!.

Ticket agent "Nash" was diligent, professional and patient. The subsequent payment process was abysmal... after sensitive and probing questions (to the point I suspected a scam), my credit card was rejected. After an awful night of fretting I contacted the Customer Service office in San Francisco, and spoke to "Ella" who quite quickly and politely cleared this up and issued the ticket. ITN had attempted to charge me twice, so American Express denied it... but the 'conference callers' somehow were not aware that the first charge was processed and said I was over the credit limit! Horrible payment experience.
Sales rep was very knowledgeable and polite. The computer glitch did keep me way to long on the phone, but that can happen anytime so not a blame situation. I would recommend this company!

My representative was awesome. I specified to him what I needed and he made it happen. No long layovers and not a bad price for traveling internationally. Rocky was aggressive about getting me the best deal and I thank him for that.

When she sent my quote and itinerary, I had to do a back round check on ASAP to be sure of the legitimacy of the service. The rate was so low for traveling to the Philippines, I wondered was this a scam company. To my surprise I got rave reviews and booked with her as soon as she had called back. No other offers came close to beating the deal she had given. Sharing my experience with all my friends who are traveling.
Dirk was outstanding! He was able to procure a very challenging reservation within 24 hours. He was patient, a great communicator, offered various solutions and worked diligently to make it happen. We cannot thank Dirk enough for his friendly, professional demeanor... and for getting the plane reservation to Italy as requested.

We had an unexpected death in our family and had to fly to Poland at the last minute.
Your customer service representative, Damian V. made an otherwise difficult trip very easy and he followed through on every detail.
He promptly returned phone calls, and was with us every step of the way!
I had been the most annoying customer to the agent. I wasn't able to confirm anything for a whole month. Prices and better flights were dwindling. Tina contacted me regularly to check my status. In the end she ended up getting a terrific flight, exactly as I had hoped and a very good price - considering the last minute booking.
I am definitely using this agent again! BTW I was very surprised to how terrific the experience had been. In the past these kinds of providers are horrible but Tina was able to change my opinion around.
The agent was exceptional. She worked with me on finding the flights I requested at a low price. She also followed through after the purchase to ensure I got the itinerary and understood the required documents needed to travel. Will definitely use them for future purchases.
