I had been the most annoying customer to the agent. I wasn't able to confirm anything for a whole month. Prices and better flights were dwindling. Tina contacted me regularly to check my status. In the end she ended up getting a terrific flight, exactly as I had hoped and a very good price - considering the last minute booking.
I am definitely using this agent again! BTW I was very surprised to how terrific the experience had been. In the past these kinds of providers are horrible but Tina was able to change my opinion around.
The agent was exceptional. She worked with me on finding the flights I requested at a low price. She also followed through after the purchase to ensure I got the itinerary and understood the required documents needed to travel. Will definitely use them for future purchases.

II t was very good experience with the customer service agent, Mr, Nash, he did disclose everything which was in the favor of agency, but did not disclose agency fee to be charged to me before I booked my ticket. Therefore I am sure if I bought the my ticket at the fair price. I kind of disappointed with it, and may not use this agency for my travel needs again.

I had put in a request for 2 tickets to Macedonia. I'd already purchased them thru Priceline which was the cheapest site I could find. The tickets at ASAP were almost $500 cheaper and the agent was VERY VERY helpful... Please note that I haven't taken the trip yet so I'll rate ASAP again after the trip.
Had a very good experience. I'm used to booking thru other search engines for flights/vacation packages so it was a different experience to have to phone in. But between a 100 phone calls and probably 100 emails we finally got exactly what we needed. All of those issues were from us and not our agent because of our times to be able to communicate. Our agent was very patient and understanding.
