OK to book with but was not happy that credit card fees would be charged so that would deter me using Amoma again.
I called once trying to get a hold of someone, waiting 12 min, and hung up. I am still on hold trying again, and it's been 30 minutes! NOT HAPPY!
After a room change the holiday started good value for the money half hour walk into the resort centre but if you like it quiet this is the accomadation for you supermarket a couple of minutes walk away
Allowed us to book a very good hotel at the difficult time (hurricane Irma) while the other travel sites showed that all the hotels in the area are sold out.
We thought we were at a pet hotel it was so many dogs everywhere and someone was dropping hard balls above our head in our room until midnight after falling asleep a loud sound with blinking lights was going off in our room at 4 a.m. it was a fire drill which caused me to get no sleep made a complaint but was told because my room was booked with Amoma it was none they could do but give me a ticket for a free drink or meal wanting half of 1st night stay back

This hotel located at good and convenient location. It is very easy to find many delicious food and easy to reach destinations by MRT. Highly recommended.

Had a great time! Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen area was perfect for our needs. Pool area and grounds were immaculate and was right on the beach.
We tried to check in the afternoon. But the traffic was heavy due to the Travel Fair held at the nearby Exhibition Centre.
The staff were friendly and courteous. We checked in a bit late but we enjoyed the stay. The location is great as the train station is just a stone throw away. The breakfast was superb as variety of food is served. From the middle east to the chinese dim sum.

Simple booking system. Accurate description of the hotel. Very clean and quiet. Nice room. Very convenient location.
However the service at the Windsor Hotel has deteriorated considerably, Shower head fell off and nearly broke my foot, no apology received and the breakfast which used to be good is now hardly worth having, soggy bacon, stale eggs, no hash browns or mushrooms, cordial instead of fruit juice, poor selection of Sushi the list goes on. Will not stay there again *** max

Nice old hotel with good location. Need cosmetic restoration a lil - and renew outside. 3 floor but no elevator. We had very small bathroom and strange shower - hamam, but got used... One of day we were out half of day and cleaners couldnt make the room - perhaps not enough stuff. One of side is sunny and airconditions weak so not enough to chill it fast... Big minus - its very close to mosque - was waking up us too early and impossible without open balcony when its hot... even naping at day not easy.
For sure hotel has soul - green terretory with small garden, breakfast with sea veiw. Breakfast is simple but nice. Rooms and coridors are clean.
For sure will stay here again.

Got a great price on a lovely hotel in downtown, close to the park, shopping, and action. Our room was very far from the elevator with all our large suitcases, but other than that and a small room, it was a wonderful visit. A real treat in Beantown!
