I spent a night at the hotel and it was great! Beautiful and super comfortable hotel. Staff is super friendly (the bar tender at the rooftop bar is great!) and the location is superb! I would come back!

Booked hotel through Amoma with flexibility of option to cancel. Terms stated that there will be £40 fee for cancellation. On clicking the final payment confirmation button a message pops up saying a 3% charge has been added for credit card transaction fee. You can almost miss this. I accepted this and paid. I then had to cancel the booking and they refunded me the total amount minus the £40 penalty and also minus the credit card fee of £25 even though there would have been no credit card transaction fee by the credit card company as the payment was being refunded. Amoma refused to refund the credit card fee. Fortunately I contacted Barclaycard who arranged for the charge to be disputed and refunded the fee to my account. If this happens to you phone your credit card company and dispute the charge. Better still NEVER USE AMOMA.COM - they are a scam
I was only there for one night. The room was clean and the staff professional. It's a great location when you arrive via Pearson International and head up to cottage country the next day.
Booked with these guys as they were half the price of booking direct with the hotel, also £100 cheaper then Booking.com & breakfast was included, but was an extra on the other two quotes.
We often stay at days because it's value for money and easy access to Warwick Leamington spa which we love also the rooms are clean and tidy tea coffee making facilities and the service station next door and the giant wellsbourne market on Saturday is good for bargains
We have booked a hotel in Limassol. Booking was just fine. Amoma is a reliable site. I will definitely have it mind for future trip plans.
Booked a Algarve hotel, late at night. Picked the correct night on the search. The Site flipped the date automatically a week later. (sept 13th vs 6th) I didn't notice.
Drove to the hotel the next day. They said we were a week early for our reservation. We couldn't cancel the Amoma reservation, although the hotel had no issue with us doing so 48 hrs in advance. Therefore, We lose e109 (about $160 CDN). The site did permit us the option to edit the arrival dates. We tried this for 2 days. No reply from the site. They require 48hrs for such an edit.
In my opinion, this is analogous to theft. Will never use Amoma again.

Worst experience ever! I booked a hotel in June for a stay in Chicago. They pre- charged me $92. When I got to the hotel, my reservation was there but I realized I didn't have the card previously used to confirm it. So i used a different card to pay for my stay that night. Luckily, the hotel even charged me less and said they'd reverse the previously charged $92 through Amoma! Now, the agony begun when I contacted Amoma to get my $92 back!
Despite providing evidence from both Accounts, they tried to blame it on the hotel and let's just say after lengthy exchanges with their daft customer services, I gave up! Such cons! Will keep to using TripAdvisor, Booking.com and others!

My stay at Park Hyatt Dubai was fabulous, from the first moment we arrived till the last minute in check out.
The hotel atmosphere is suitable for peaople whose looking to relax and spend couple of days having special treatment.

Great time close to airport but next to a mall to wander before heading home. Large ppol was packed with kids but the spa was amazing. Had two treatments and both were wonderful before my 11 hr flight back home.

This site is so ridiculous I can barely warn you. I do not know if this is a trusted site that is actually trying to do good business, but it is not trusted and they have done some erroneous things. Run. Do not be taken in by their low costs. In the end your time and money will be taken. It is a scam. Run!

It was easy to book it online through Amoma.com.
I just had to print the voucher and showed it at the reception along with my credit card. Nothing else was required and no waiting at the reception.
It was fast and no print outs just that email thing for my record was all that i needed.

Everything is clean. Also, the receptionists were so kind. A subway station and bus stop were so close. It just took a 5 minute by walk.
