Booked hotel for Spurs CL game at Wembley, everything was excellent and I've now used them again for next CL game. If this goes as well, I will continue to use them for all my trips to London
It seemed too good to be true. The Kensington hotel in London for 2 nights at a HUGE discount. I was nervous but couldn't pass up such a good deal. And it is all legit! The deal even included breakfast! I am a believer now. I will definitely use AMOMA.com again when I see a deal that is too good to be true.
I loved the place for many reasons. It includes everything a family wants with easy access to all daily needs in addition to the mall with competetive prices. Also price wise the hotel worths chasing

It was surreal when we first got the call it made us realise that sites are aware of what hotels you are interested in. The lady that rang was very helpful and was able to offer us a better rate than we could fine ourselves. What's not to love.
A good room on floor two and hearty breakfast after a warm night (central heating could be down a notch). Bed very comfortable.
Had to cancel my hotel reservation due to Hurricane Irma. I requested cancellation through their website and called multiple times, but still has not get my refund or an actual response since 9/8/17. They only email a generic response saying that they will get back by email or phone call as soon as possible... still no response in nearly 10 days.
I tried to talk to someone about my booking, but couldn't get a hold of anybody nor the live chat - wasn't working. I finally canceled my booking. Still can't get a hold of anybody.

It was good experience to deal with amoma they gave me good price with good room in nice hotel and they fast in calling to be sure if you really want that hotel or not, but they are late when sent me the conformation from the hotel and the reservation was non refundable. It was first time and I will reserve again with them. Sorry for week English
I can't say enough great things about our stay! Fantastic staff, HUGE room, clean and noise free. Such a surprise for the low price we paid through AMOMA. We didnt want to leave.
Checked in no problem hotel was good end up with a larger room only book single, breakfast was good as included parking free in London was good and outside of hotel
I needed to find a hotel so we could evacuate the coastline. My hotel I had previously booked at could not extend my stay. So I rushed to find another location. I found Amoma and made my reservation with them within ten minutes. I had never heard of Amoma and called the hotel direct to see if it was legitimate and they said yes. We were highly satisfied with our booking thru Amoma.
DO not use Amoma to book your hotel, they will screw up your vacation. I booked a hotel with them in Mar 2017 for my vacation in Cancun in Oct. Received email confirmation from them and they charged deposit on my credit card and they clearly mentioned in the confirmation email that they would charge the balance on my credit card on Sept 16 2017. In the morning 7:30am on Sept 16, I received an email from Amoma that they canceled my booking. I immediately called them to find out what is going on. Waited for an hour on the phone, they just told me that I didnt make the payment on time and they canceled my booking. Even I told them that the confirmation email clearly stated they would charge my credit card on Sept 16, they just explained that is how their system works. They offered me to rebook the hotel but with $1700 USD more! They didnt even try to resolve the issue with me, except they could only help me to rebook the hotel with way higher price. They totally screwed my vacation! DO NOT USE them or they take your own risk!
