Hice la reserva para el hotel Marseilles de Miami Beach, cuando llegamos, el hotel estaba sold out, no había reserva porque ellos no tienen contrato con el hotel, lo hacen a través de otro party Gauliver, donde se necesita como 3 días para que se haga disponible la reserva, resultado, que el hotel nos ofreció una suite en otro hotel hermano de la cadena, los llame y como a las 2 horas mandaron un email que habían hablado con el hotel y que le habían comunicado que ya habíamos hecho el check in. Un verdadero desastre, esta fue la primera vez y también la última en usar Amoma.
Amoma was easily the cheapest hence my initial choice. Booking the room was simple and straightforward with no glitches and the hotel received all details as booked, including a request for early entry to the room.
Good accommodation and location. Convenient to park and town without the traffic hassles. Breakfast was good and room was clean.
Very nice building and quite. Breakfast is small. Far from Venice center and there is no supermarket close to hotel.
Very happy with my experience of booking a hotel with this site. I got a very good price compared to other companies advertising the same hotel. As soon as I booked online they telephoned to confirm the booking. I would highly recommend using amoma.com and I will definitely be using them again.
I was diverted to the AMOMA site and found that the prices were very competitive. Easy and quick to reserve a room and paid there and then. Arrived at the hotel, we were expected and checked in by a very friendly and helpful young lady.
Will definitely use AMOMA again
Someone from Amoma contacted me to say I should have seen that there was a 3% transaction fee during the booking process. That's not true. There was no mention of ANY transaction fee should I need to cancel. Now YOU tell me you have other payment options. If true, then why not let customers know before they press the CONFIRM button? There were no other payment methods offered when I booked this hotel. When I book a hotel and the rules state "fully refundable," I expect it to be FULLY REFUNDABLE! Not FULLY REFUNDABLE minus some "after the fact" fees. Someone in your company is making a lot of money off of the travelling public! None of this would have happened to begin with had your agent named * told me the truth to begin with about the room type he guaranteed me. I had booked a room at a Chicago hotel and it appeared it was a room with 2 beds. Not being 100% sure, I called and spoke to *. He guaranteed it was a room with 2 beds if I would allow him to confirm the reservation for me. I let him do it. Something told me I should call the hotel to verify. Lo and behold, I was told by the hotel that if I wanted a room with 2 beds, it would cost and additional $35 per night. That's how this whole refund thing started from the beginning. You weren't even honest about what room type you were confirming for me. So, it goes far beyond the "3%" refund fee that you say I should have noticed from the start.

I booked a hotel in Chicago. I live in Michigan. The hotel rate that I paid was $376.94. I cancelled the reservation as I needed to change the dates but was given a refund of only $366, It was a fully refundable rate. There should not have been a foreign exchange rate involved as it was a hotel rate that was purchased in the U.S. by someone living in the U.S. so it should have simply been a $USD rate with no further transaction involved. They did this once before and I should have learned my lesson. This time, I did! Never again!

SCAM! They took my money and never booked my hotel. Now they will not refund after calling 5 times and wasted 3+ hours of my day. Talked with bank and they are going to try for a full refund, but said since it is for a hotel they are not sure if they can. Beware they will take your hard earned

Hotel would not verify that I had a reservation. I tried to cancel because of this and AMOMA would not let me cancel (in fact did not even get back to me until after my visit). Very poor response and service. How can I travel if I can't verify I really have a place to stay? Will never use again.
