We have used amoma.com at the first time and we are satisfied with the service. I have booked a non-refundable hotel and I was a bit worried since we have never booked through amoma before. I have even contacted the call centre whom were very helpful and also our reservation has been confirmed by the hotel on the very next day.
Room was small, not quite a queen but thats okay since we only stayed there a night. Located on zona rosa, locals told us if we didnt go with someone who knows the area well to not go out at night. But it is a great place to walk around in daytime. Check out the restaurant at top floor, its great and wellworth it.
Booked AC National Harbor Hotel on AMOMA and found it to be the best deal around. Hotel was wonderful and no issues with honoring our reservation.
Great upfront ad's then you waste all that time inputting all your info just receive a declined booking request message. Then you think, it must be an error and make a 2nd attempt to only realize the price had just increased substantially in those few seconds. Why mislead the people? Very untrustworthy.
The hotel doesn't have a service to pick up and drop the costumer from the airport to hotel and to the airport, they should have it.
Stayed 1 night before leaving to go home, perfect and reasonable stay. All staff members were courteous and nice room was quiet clean and affordable for only one night visit before going home to the United States I would recommend it to anyone we knew stay without spending a lot of money
Everything about the hotel was great... apart from the bathroom. The person who got paid to design it should be locked up for fraud. The sink was 50mm deep so next to useless. The toilet & sink are bunched up by the door yet there is a shower cubicle at least 2m X 1m, ridiculous.
Perfect for relaxation. Away from busy city life. Next to main routes. Value for money. Definitely coming back again
Location is good for tourist and visitors. Public Transport and Food court including a shopping mall is attached with the hotel. Excellent reception service. TV internet can be better
At first I had never heard of amoma. This made me a little nervous to book with them. However thier nightly rate was about 40% less than other websites. I took the chance and it paid off. Not only did I save a substantial amount of money, upon arrival at the hotel I was upgraded to a balcony Oceanview room when I had booked a standard non ocean view room. Would definitely book again

We were a bit reluctant to reserve a hotel through Amoma, due to a negative review posted online. But after we studied the nature of the complaint we realized that people sometimes like to critique even when they are in fault for not reading all the conditions and blame the agency not themselves!
Our experience with AMOMA is very good. We found an excellent promotion for a hotel in NYC close to MOMA. It looked too good to be true, but actually it was true! Soreham hotel was lovely, well maintained and decorated, close to Central Park and other attractions. For a Manhattan hotel the price that we got through AMOMA was unbelievable.
Now AMOMA is a trusted site for booking accommodations!

We stayed at a city centre hotel Park Inn in Cardiff at a reduced rate but with breakfast included. It was great value and served our purpose well.
A very nice stay here. Great room, breakfast and location. The staff was excellent. Housekeeping was superb and the attendant at breakfast was on the ball as was the the receptionist at the front desk.
You partner and I had an excellent stay. The staff was very helpful and satisfied all our requests. The room was fully equipped and fourniahed in a cozy fashion. I recommend the hotel
