Best rate I could find on a upscale hotel in the heart of the action in downtown Chicago. Searched tons of websites before finding this deal!

I was on a quick stopover in London (one night to catch an early flight the next morning back to LA). I booked a room at the Sofitel at the Heathrow Airport. It was amazing. Very smooth, no issues at all with the booking at the front desk, and the hotel was perfect. Best decision I made in a while!
No problem, checking perfectly in order, liked the hotel and its restaurant "Allegro". Great food, lovely music Friday evening, room on 13th floor, super view of Quebec City, hotel close to all amenities

GOOD TO DEAL WITH BUT NEED TO MAKE THE ACQUISITION AND PRINTING OF THE VOUCHER MORE SIMPLE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN FOR HOTELS IN PORTUGAL
A good room with good size, has tv, air conditioning, safe, a good size bathroom, hot water, the lodging was pleasant, what leaves to be desired is the breakfast, with few options and that left nothing to be desired.
Is in the center of the city of iguazu, close to restaurants, churrascarias, next to it has bus that goes to Paraguay and to Argentina.
If i could give 0 stars that is what this joke of a company would get. They lie about your room. False ADVERTISE and do not fix it when you confront them they screw you over. I booked two rooms one double for 4 people and one "quadruple deluxe room" for 4 people. Same Damn room for lots more. Go figure and when I called they explained if I fit 4 people in the room they weren't in the wrong because 4 people still fit in a double. Ummmm it's against the law to false advertise. Hotel even apologized and said there is no such thing and they were falsely advertising to gain more money. So anyone else had this happened to them I am starting a class action suit against the company. DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY ON THESE LIARS.
First time user of AMOMA, was a little hesitant as their prices seemed to good to be true, but they were great, everything worked out perfect. The Hyatt hotel in Washington DC where I stayed was perfect and AMOMA saved me a ton of money, thanks, will use again!

I booked a hotel through them and the hotel told me they had no reservation. Amoma gave me a hard time about getting my money back and then told me it would take thirty days. Whatever you do do not use this site. Its terrible and a big scam.

The booking for Sunset Harbour by Diamond Resorts at Costa Adeje in Tenerife was chosen and booked on Amoma simply because it was the best value (by £15 per night) over the best of the rest of agencies.
Only one grumble, there was very little in the way of booking confirmation/documention other than a less than official looking sheet that I had to print for presentation at the accommodation. Having said that, all went smoothly, it's just that I was less than confident all was well with my booking until arrival.
Oh by the way, the accommodation and the concierge staff at Sunset Harbour reception (especially Vicki) were spot on.
I booked and paid extra for the portaventura hotel, without letting us know when I tried checking in the receptionist informed us we were in fact booked into the hotel gold river. The hotel is ok, room is very shabby and no entertainment in the slightest for adults. I felt bullied into accepting the gold river and am now sorry I didn't make more of a fuss about being changed. Even when I log into my account on amoma it still says I should be in the hotel portaventura. This is not acceptable as it is a much nicer hotel and me and my other half are both very disappointed by the lack of communication. I have not received communication after 2 emails to amoma and will continue to review until I get some feedback as to why this happened.

I used this site to book a room in Naples last weekend. Even though I booked for 3 individuals: 2 adults and 1 child, I was charged a fee for an additional person. Beware of incorrect booking information for your selected hotel. Amoma.com clearly states that anyone 17 years of age or younger is booked as an adult. Amoma.com's customer service needs improvement. You call their department to be put on hold for a long time. You send them an email and they reply 5 days or later, no thank you. I decided to take matters in my own hands and emailed the hotel's manager. He assisted me right away! I am quite disappointed how Amoma did not address my concerns immediately. Not planning on using this site again. I agree you are guaranteed great rates with this booking site but with a few headaches thrown into the mix.
5 days later, Amoma finally did reply to my email only for their rep to advise that my room did not come with breakfast. So, what do you think the resort fee that I was charged was for? Please get on the same page with your hotels. Huge discrepancy between Amoma and the hotel's policies.

Working with AMOMA was simple, and I didn't encounter any problems at all. One of our rooms had a severely leaking pipe under the bathroom sink, but these things happen, and it wasn't the fault of AMOMA.
Somewhat confusing procedure but everything worked well. Don't require me to write a dictionary to place a review.
