I found a great deal on a resort hotel in Scottsdale. I thought surely it was too good to be true, but found good reviews about AMOMA and it seemed legit. Sure enough! It was a great deal and I had no issues ever. I was prepared to pay for the daily tax and resort fee, which was fully disclosed on the AMOMA site ahead of time. It went all according to plan and the hotel stay we great. We got a top floor room in a great location. Overall I was very happy with the purchase and the hotel experience as well. AMOMA worked great and I will definitely use it again.
We have done a booking with AMOMA a while ago, we even got a written booking confirmation from the hotel. Now AMOMA called us and said they cannot accept our booking after all because the price is too low and they can get more for the room (?!?!). Now the room is still online for our booked period for a higher price. We already booked our plane tickets, asked holidays from work and by now the prices for the hotels in the summer have grown too much.
Update: AMOMA has indeed called us and resolved the issue for us. Good customer Service that did not leave us in uncertaintly long. Thank you for your quick solution and Action taking!
I booked a room at a hotel for a one night stay, amoma.com charged my card, and then when i called the hotel to confirm 24 hours later, they had received the reservation but that room was not even available so the reservation was cancelled. I have not heard ONE WORD back from Amoma.com about any cancellation or refund of my money. I'm currently trying to contact their customer service, but have not been able to even find a phone number or email to reach customer service. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. How are they allowed to charge you for a room that is not even available?! This site should be shut down. I will update if I hear anything back about my refund.

First class experience. Booking was straightforward and an excellent hotel price. Had a lovely couple of days in Stratford Upon Avon and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Very nice hotel, staff friendly, room clean, decent breakfast. Very central location. Will book again.
Highly recommended. Staff was able to speak English. Hotel was lively, but was quiet in my room. AC was a bit louder than I liked, but it kept the room nice and cool. The price was VERY reasonable. Breakfast fantastic. Private parking kept my car safe and cool (under the hotel). Also less than 5 minute walk away from the Granada FC Stadium (was the main reason I got a room here, to catch a game in town). Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Granada.
Trip was good, stay was good. Banff was busy but still a nice getaway. Would recommend the gondola ride and a glass of wine while up there.

Your site is a scam. I booked a hotel through your website and received a confirmation number from you and you processed my payment. My sister booked the same hotel through Trivago. When I called the hotel to make a request to cross reference our bookings so that we could have nearby rooms, MY RESERVATION DID NOT EXIST. They even sent me a letter where they notified your site that there were no rooms available. BUT YOU TOOK MY PAYMENT even though you were notified by the hotel there was nothing available. I have reported you to my credit card for fraudulent transaction and deceptive practice. I WILL NEVER book with you again. I will also make sure to tell friends and family of your deceptive website and fraudulent charge to my credit card.

This business is a scam--I paid ~$284 for a hotel reservation on May 19 and on May 23, the day we were to check in to the Adolphus Hotel for a surprise 30th anniversary for my wife, the hotel had no record of a reservation (checked twice by name and booking number. Trying to call them was a waste-two 15-minute waits on the phone with no anser
I was very satisfied with the reservation and stay. I would only suggest that Amoma have a reachable customer service line. Maybe change the message to say that they will call me back. Which they did.
A terrible company. Cheating! Be careful! I made a booking on certain dates but Amoma changed my dates to a time I am not on vacation and still charged me! It is dangerous to order through the Amoma site!

Unfortunately, I too was enticed by AMOMA's reportedly low rates for hotel rooms, especially in comparison to all of the other various traveling booking sites. But I warn you: do not fall for this scam. I experienced a similar story as others here reported, where I paid in full for the hotel "booking" months in advance. I regrettably thought the booking was legit, as ANOMA is very, VERY convincing with providing constant confirmations and reminders regarding your upcoming stay. They even reassure you not to worry if you call the actual hotel to confirm that your stay was in fact booked, and they report back that nothing is in their system for you... AMOMA says that this is "normal" and that as long as you have the voucher they provide with some bogus confirmation number, you'll be good the day you actually arrive for your stay.
Well, not exactly. I arrived to check-in to my hotel, and they looked confused after I handed them my AMOMA "voucher" in exchange for a reserved room. The hotel tried everything they could to find me in their system, but ultimately there was nothing. I was extremely lucky that the hotel was not fully booked that night, so I was able to pay for a room that night after the whole voucher fiasco. Nonetheless, the room I was forced to pay for last-minute was over three times the room I had THOUGHT I paid for/booked with AMOMA. At that point I had spent almost two thousand dollars for a one night stay in a hotel I could have easily booked in advanced through the ACTUAL hotel website for just about fifty bucks more than AMOMA. Every attempt to contact this "company" using the information provided on their site is either ignored or re-directed to fake fillable online forms that I'm sure are sent to cyber-limbo. STAY AWAY.

I booked a hotel through this company, and a month later, 10 days before our trip, they sent me an email stating that the hotel had not accepted the reservation and we did not have a room. We are staying in Chicago on a busy weekend and the city is completely booked. Also, we bought airline tickets after our hotel was confirmed. If we had known we were going to stay 20 miles out of the city, we would've only spent one night there for the concert. We cannot, however, change our tickets without paying a $200 change fee per ticket. Also, there were no rooms left by the time we found out about the cancellation, therefore, the reason we're staying 20 miles away. Also, as of now, they have not answered my emails or credited my credit card for $742. I will never book with amoma.com again, nor any company name that I don't recognize.

Anoma had the best rates compared with other sites and sent many follow-up emails offering other services in relation to our hotel booking that gave us confidence our travel arrangements were booked properly. This is a nice touch as I have witnessed many hotel guests having issues with non-existant or incorrect reservations through other companies ( well known ones) at the counters over the past year. Anoma did everything right first time and was the best value
We just got a kick in the teeth. Hotel informed us no money is recieved from the booking company and we had to pay the standard fee rate! No reply to our emails or anything. So not impressed as we are so much out of pocket and our holiday is now ruined.

Fab hotel apart from smell in bathroom complained and was immediatelyover to a refurbished room. Breakfast buffet superb.
The price was the best available from multiple booking sites. I had stayed previously at that hotel so I was familiar with its convenience to the airport.
Booking procedure and hotel was all round a vey positive experience with regard to ease of booking, quality of booking and exceptional value.
