Very pleased. Holiday went on as planned. Wish I can get the same experience when I go to Dellas, Washington end of July.
With some nice touches like sleepers, wardrobe, complimentary bottle of water it would be even better. Just one big minus: very loud unloading for the restaurant every early morning
Booking was smooth. Room was just as expected. Got the best rate through Amoma. I will definitely use Amoma again in the future.
Rates for Indian hotels are very good but customer service for any booking related problem is worst in resolving any issue. For my refund of booking number ******* is still need to address by customer support team. I sent five mails followed by two calls but still at square zero.
Part payment for this booking was made through TT and balance by credit card. I cancelled this booking and balance refund requested to credit in my credit card but still to date reply received
Originally booked into the Dolphin Hotel but after checking in was taken a few doors away from the Shakespeare Hotel. Didn't mind and got a first floor room, twin beds, fridge, tea making facilities, flat screen TV and ensuite. Bed very comfortable. Couldn't fault the staff. Breakfast plenty to eat continental style. Very close to Paddington underground 1/2 mins away.
Would definitely use this site to book again and would stay at the same hotel. All in all a very pleasant stay. Very reasonable price for London, no complaints there. Thank you
Great selection Of deals and prices. Once booked, all emails and confirnations are sent asap. However customer service is on the slower side. Upon initial request for an early check in, the team responded that I will need to contact the hotel directly. Upon second request, no communication. Tried phoning and no one picks up the phone as on hold for hours each time. However upon complaint online, the customer relation team responded, called me and sorted my issue asap. Great service from the customer relation team. Will use again as decent offers.
It was a perfect stay while on vacation. The hotel was very good, nice & clean. Excellent service, friendly staff and a comfortable stay.

Very modern hotel near to Waterloo Station. Central London is within a comfortable walking distance. Helpful staff and good room facilities.
Breakfast exceeds expectations in terms of choices and quality.

I was unsure booking with AMOMA as i had not heard of the company before i booked. I now will book again with AMOMA as i had relly no need to be unsure, i will use again
Amoma were efficient.
We sent an Email to Amoma which they forwarded and I believe that led indirectly to us being given a rom upgrade.
Most of the wait staff and the hotel delightful and do a good job. Hotel in ok area transport by taxi truck everywhere easy enough. Beach across the road I would not swim in the water though. Hotel has 2 pools both ok. Deck chairs dated and uncomfortable as in most areas of hotel dated. They have alot of bus group tours coming and going felt they were the priority, get them in get them out for the $$'s. Would not be my first choice if I went back to jomtien Beach area.
Do not use this booking site, paypal is getting our money refunded and they are

And the hotel says you cancelled reservation. Just call thier customer service

I found on Amoma the vacancy I really badly needed when the hotel was announcing no vacancies. During the purchase process the agent called me when they realized I faced an issue and they offered excellent after sales support when I was impatient and nagged them to confirm with the hotel
I booked a hotel room with you and received confirmation. But when i got to the hotel, my reservation did not exist. I had nowhere to go. Please help me with my refund because you took payment from me.
Amoma is a total rip off. I paid for Yavapai East in Grand Canyon but was allocated Yavapai West accommodation. West costs USD 50 lesser than East per night. Amoma overcharged me by USD 100! Customer service replied with their standard template reply... will never book from Amoma again.

Good location. Hotel exceeded expectations. Modern, well maintained, Very clean and very comfortable, good Breakfast. Only complaint was no gin in their bar! (If they are going to sell alcohol the range needs to be better.) This site offered best price too.
