Update to my previous review: After a few more phone calls AMOMA was able to refund my money for which I am grateful.
I booked a hotel for the incorrect day in NYC. I called and alerted them to this 3 weeks ahead of time, less than 24 hours after having made the reservation and have spent several frustrating hours on the phone trying to obtain a refund. The hotel has repeatedly reassured me that the reservation has been cancelled and that no charges were levied on Amoma yet they are unable to refund my money as they claim the hotel will not return their call. Furthermore, the hotel shared that this site repeatedly offers rooms that do not actually exist at the hotel, specifically ones with double beds. I will not use this company for future bookings.

Through AMOMA.com I made a booking for a Hannover Hotel across from the airport and it was@ $60 less than going rate. I did bring my paperwork, the clerk was new and had to ask another how to handle my reservation.
It was quickly resolved.
Hotel was very good, shower, bed, good size sink could be a bit deeper but you can get by with it. The rooms could have a temperature gage in them it was very hot the first night had to sleep on top of the covers. Breakfast brilliant A1 plus
Clean room, pet friendly, nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, lovely grounds and restaurant onsite, easy registration and check out.
Hotel booked efficiently, in a good location, at a good price. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfast included, good range of choices.
Last minute cancellation - no problems in that and very helpful with me working through the lateness. Full refund paid

Smooth transactions, no hidden fees or costs at the other end. All was booked as requested. I had to ask if I had booked a room with a tub as I wasn't sure and they made sure the hotel provided me with that. I had a double bed in a single room but it was clean and comfy. Thank you for all your help
Excellent follow up. Everything went smoothly after handing the hotel clerks the "letter." saying this was the only charge I would be paying. Don't think they'd ever seen it though.
Great Customer Service! The pricing and availability were the best I have seen. I always shop these sites looking for a great deal but the AMOMA customer service was great.
On 5/3 booked hotel to NYC for two nights 5/19-5/21 and decided a few days later to book one more night Then decided to call the hotel and they said they only see the latest one for 5/21-5/22. Called all night to amoma.com now waiting for amoma.com to call me back with the 3rd party info. I pray I have the right answer. Finally got a rep that is suppose to call me back with an answer. Could not sleep all night. Very upset waiting. Also booked through them a rental car and will have to double check on that. If I get my bookings verified today, I will change my rating, But I am very very upset right now. My husband hasn't seen his mom in over a year, and we were planning a wonderful time in Brooklyn with her

Everything was great only thing was the room said deluxe double which turned out to be a single because the hotel said they don't have that description but somehow you guys do?
Room with ac problems and smeal bad. Worst than motels. But no problems with the reservation with your company.

My reservation been cancelled without any notice (I book it 3 months ago); Amoma and hotel push excuses to each other, and not honoring each other's booking; end out my schedule been totally screw up.
I will report to BBB and post mass emails on internet to warning other people skip you website, if they don't want screw up like me; Your website and service is scam and joke.
