Booked room few weeks ago in NY for business. Now doing expenses... looked for invoice, but none provided. Only got confirmation with link. But link doesn't work, gives error: "No current booking"
Tried calling but no one answers the phone! Zero customer service! Who charges $1,100 to a customers credit card and can't bothered to provide invoice... No idea what i was charged for or if any of it was fraudulent... Guess I will have to declare the charges unknown / possible fraudulent and let the credit card company try to get an itemized invoice or recover the money... Ridiculously poor business practices and zero customer service. Not sure how they are still in business!
A great Monaco experience, breakfast was perfect.It was very near the Gare Monaco railway station and the port could be accessed in 15 minutes.
This site is so horrible! Their customer service is terrible. They booked us st the wrong hotel then the rest of our party that we are traveling with. They won't refund our money to rebook and want us to pay a cancellation fee when it was THEIR fault. Didn't even offer us a discount or money for THEIR mistake. I do not suggest ANYONE book through them. This site should be shut down!

Where do I begin? One star is too much first of all! First they hook you because they will offer a very cheap price on a hotel. Almost too good. You get your confirmations and vouchers where I booked hotel to stay in New Orleans one night before a cruise and was reserved 4 months in advance. A week before my trip my gut said call hotel to verify reservation for 2 rooms 7 people. They had no record of this reservation. Contacted Amoma and was assured it would be taken care of. The next day called back (waiting over an hour on hold each time) They said they would call hotel. So I called hotel to check and they said Amoma called and was a sketchy call they said. Gave my name and customer service reps name but wouldn't say what company they worked for. Best Western told me to get out of that and get my money back was best thing because that seemed like a scam. They didn't have any room bedding size left after 4 months to accommodate my 7 folks. So I had tried to chat with customer service at Amoma once but that went no where. After that apparently they took away my chat option when I logged in and couldn't reach them. Called customer service (another hour and 10 minutes on hold) and she said she is customer service she needed to transfer me over to the department handling my case so no one ever picked up in that department just a bunch of music playing. They are based in Europe they had told me and obviously not equipped to deal with customers or the hotels in the United States. The Best Western in New Orleans never even heard of this company. They said if it was Expedia or Hotels.com come or Travelocity and such he wouldn't had such an issue dealing with them at all. On one of my calls I had asked they find me another hotel since they already had my money and that's when they tried to transfer me to a line where no one picked up. I cancelled my reservation and now their policy says they keep $60 of it and if I had cancelled after tomorrow July 8 for my 7/15/17 reservation I would have lost the whole amount. I sent them an email letting know that because of their mistake I should be able to cancel without any penalty and get the entire amount back but have yet to get a return phone call or email me. My booking number was *******. Please book with a more reputable company and don't make the mistake I did. Avoid this company!

My first and last time using amoma! Your reservation is booked through some supplier so it may or may not be accurate, their cancelation policy is not disclosed and when you call them you get the run around with the same person using different names, putting you on hold for 30 minutes just to tell you they'll call you in 48 hours to get you off the phone!
Call your bank because you're not going to get any resolution from amoma, they're a scam!

Do not use this company! Their customer service is awful. I was on hold for an hour each time I called with no success of contacting an actual human. I really don't think this company is real and wonder how they're in business.

Easy to use lots of hotel choice on this site, and good descriptions, competitive and ultimately easy to use site with payment terms etc.
Booked for a hotel in Vegas. When I got there they did not have my reservation on file, and said it was an issue with the website. I called Amoma and was told it was a time difference issue and that they would have to make a call, and call me back. When the guy did call back he gave me a conformation number and said it was handled. I went to the front desk and they still didn't have my reservation
I was STILL charged $142 for a hotel I don't have. When I called amoma and asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund me. Don't use this website to book anything. They are a scam.

Don't book with them. I am glad I was able to cancel. They entered wrong email address, stayed on the phone for almost two hours trying to resolve the issue. I won't book with this company ever again!!

I got a great rate while reserving an hotel in Bangkok and it was cheaper than the rates offered by all the other websites.
If you call customer service - good luck! I called 3 times and was on hold for over 40 minutes each time and then just hung up. The 4th time I decided to press option 1 to get someone to book a new trip they answered in 5 minutes! Hmmm if you have booked already and have questions no answer

The booking I had through AMOMA for a hotel in Salzburg Austria was handled super smooth. When we arrived at the hotel in the early evening, the hotel had all our information and a nice room for us; exactly as it should be.
