Hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and the centre. Staff were Friendly and the bar downstairs is gorgeous as well as been open all night to customers. Hotel room was enough for our stay however it was stained and a bit run down, think a touch up and a refurbishement is needed but otherwise had a great stay!
I arrived at the hotel and there was no reservation per Amoma's booking confirmation. I also sent multiple messages from their website and no one came back to me. It was extremely difficult to contact them.
Good site to book hotels with, easy to navigate & straightforward to book your room. Would highly recomend on our past experiance
I used Amoma to book rooms in Yosemite National Park. Upon booking, they took a quick call to change to the nights booked (I double-booked a night.) I booked a night at the Big Trees Lodge and a night at the Yosemite View Lodge. On the day of my arrival I called to confirm rooms at each property. There was no record of my booking at the Big Trees Lodge, but the Yosemite View Lodge was confirmed. When I contacted Amoma about the Big Trees Lodge, I was put on hold for 5 minutes, disconnected, and 15 minutes for a follow-up call, after which I was disconnected. I followed-up 3 weeks later and, again, waited on hold for 20 minutes. Eventually, I hung-up without ever speaking to a customer service Rep. I travel quite frequently and will never use this site again.

I had booked the Hotel J W Marriott Marquis Dubai through amoma by paying it in full and have received the payment voucher for the same. However, when I contacted the Hotel, they told that it is mentioned in their records that the customer will be paying directly at the hotel. My booking is for 29th July-30th July 2017.
I have mailed the amoma thrice but they didn't respond back. I am worried.
In addition I have received a mail from the hotel that the booking is for 29th-31st july 2017 though I have booked only for 1 night.
I am totally confused what to do. My customer no for the amoma is 17840929.

I had a problem with one of my bookings last month. So, I wrote a review on Sitejabber and got an immediate response from Amoma. We talked on the phone and they looked into the problem and I heard today that I'm getting a full refund back. I appreciate their efforts and am glad this was resolved.
I traveled the United States for a month, using the Trip Advisor App to find me hotels a couple days further down the road. I found it handy to do it with my cell phone as I was never quite sure where I was going to be on any given night. I booked a room at Winona, MO with Days Inn, using AMOMA, since it was the best price. I specifically searched on Winona, MO, since I know there are other Winonas. When I got there, I was told by the locals that there were NO hotels in Winona, MO so I tried to call AMOMA and see what had happened. I got a recording that pretty much said "tough luck" and it hung up. Never got to talk to a real person. I'm going to send a message to Trip Advisor too. They shouldn't be using such a devious site.
My husband & I stayed at this chic hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The entire staff was VERY accommodating in making our stay very pleasant & enjoyable. We were greeted with a glass of champagne upon check-in which was a lovely way to start. We arrived early and luckily our room was available, so they checked us in earlier than expected. Our room was cute, clean & efficient and had an AMAZING view of the harbor and the Top Bar roof deck was even better. We immediately went up to the roof deck to lounge for the rest of the afternoon & ordered food from the waiter from the restaurant/lounge up there. Food was quite good & the drinks were better. We even had breakfast included and the buffet was quite extensive & delicious with seating outside facing the harbor. The location of the hotel was PERFECT as it was not where all the loud & rowdy hot spots were but close enough to still see it from our window. I'd say we were pretty much in the center between Carpe Diem & Hula Hula which are the 2 hot spots in Hvar.
I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
Our own private beach with sea stars, sand dollars, and manatees! The beach chairs and umbrellas were a wonderful bonus. The heated pool was wonderful. The price was even cheaper than the resorts down the road.
Amoma gave me the best deal at one of the best known hotels around! Enjoyed my stay n I will be using them again.
This was my first time using Amom and the process was simple. Got a great price on a nice hotel. Wonderful experience with Amoma.

The hotel room we reserved was as advertised and the price was less than the other sites. We had a nice stay.
Excellent Hotel; Central location, clean, fast Check-in, and check-out, can walk to old city and amenities, tour bus stops a block away, excellent customer service.

Great view of the port. Good shopping. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking is a challenge.
Should have know from the start when my bank texted me asking if the transaction was fraudulent. Now I know it is, set up the reservation to stay in Kansas City and when I checked with the hotel regarding my reservation. They said Amoma did not have an reserved rooms and my information was not available.
Then of course I go to cancel the booked and are subject to forfeiting half of the cost and the rest will be refunded. Will see if that ever happens. Likely I will never see this money again. Thanks for stealing from everyday people. Hope this site gets shut down soon.
