We booked our hotel and paid for 3 people. Our confirmation showed 2 people. On their website payment for 2 people would cost $140. I paid $178 for 3 people. But they booked me for 2 people! I Contacted them making them aware of the problem. They said they would fix it. Then I received email asking for $47 more?
They seem very polite over the phone but they are very unhelpful and robotic, they just repeat the same thing over and over. They said we don't see a 3 person on your request then they said to add your 9 year old daughter we need $47 more. If they did not receive info for 3 people as they claimed how did they know its for my 9 year old daughter!?
I contacted my Credit card and got refund, after I showed evidence that I payed for 3 people and not 2 people. Huge waste of time and energy...
Very nice and clean hotel. Me and my sister didn't expect the hotel to be so peaceful and tranquil judging from the location of the hotel in a busiest street of Bangkok. The hotel's staff from Mr Chart to his stewarder and kitchen staff were all very helpful and friendly especially when they came to know that my sister is a 100% vegetarian. The only area need improvement is the housekeeping. Seem like only one staff serving a few floor (or may be the whole hotel?) and he/she took very long hours to reach our room. At times, after our tour around the area when we back to hotel to clean up for our next itinerary, our room was not clean yet.

I was thrown out of my room at 10:00 pm by manager@ Wyndam Bayside San Diego because he stated that Amoma reserved one night even though my voucher stated a 2 night stay. Try to get an answer from Amoma, they are nowhere to be found

We found the Internazionale a good quality hotel and its location was ideal for getting around the city.
They found the right hotel for me and my husband to stay for his Birthday. I will nook with this company again in the future.

I have booked a hotel through Amoma.com for Madina. Booking was confirmed and they have deducted from my credit card. I also again confirmed one day before departure and it was confirmed by Amoma.com customer service rep(Ally) that my booking is confirmed. When I reached hotel, they said, we do not have any booking for you as we have already stopped business with Amoma and they showed me rejection on their computer. I had sent an email to Amoma to mention that there is no booking and they should made alternative arrangement for me. Until today, there is no response from Amoma and nor the money was refunded to me.
I have to search hotel and with great difficulty I could find one room with very high price.
Can Amoma management explain to me how they treat customers?

STAY AWAY FROM UNTRUSTWORTHY AMOMA.COM AND HIDDEN FEES AND EXPENSES! I needed a hotel for 3 nights in the Orlando, FL area. Found what appeared to be a "to good to be true" deal on Trivago for the Tuscana Resort Hotel by Aston in Orlando. As soon as I booked the hotel for an online published rate of $83.00 per night I was re routed to Amoma.com to pay in advance a non-refundable fee for the Hotel. The Total charged to my account was $303.00, there was no explanation how 3 nights at $83.00 which equals $249.00 got to a total of $303. I assumed it was taxes, but at 13.5% in the area it should have only been $33.62 for taxes for a total of $282.62. I started to get suspicious so I called the hotel before I started my several hour trip to Orlando to confirm that they had the reservation and indeed they did. However when I arrived at the hotel to check in they informed me that I had to pay an additional $113.52 for a cleaning fee and amenities fees (I had no intention of using any amenities as I was here for work). I tried to find a contact number for Amoma.com but was unsuccessful, there is a reason you can't get in touch with them, just look at the bait and switch reviews online. The amoma.com booking said the $303 was a total fee including all fees and taxes. I arrived at night and was checking in after a long drive and needed sleep so I reluctantly paid the additional $113.52 so I could go to sleep. The hotel was decent and staff seemed helpful. I checked out of the hotel after my 3 night stay and drove home. Upon arrival I checked my bank account only to find a charge of $241.77 from the hotel, UGH! I am fighting to get the money put back into my account. The Hotel said they will refund the $241.77 but not the $113.52. STAY away from the UNTRUSTWORTHY site of Amoma.com and Trivago. False Advertising and Bait and Switch tactics.
Booked UK hotel easy and cheap compared to other sites, had to amend order found easy to do online. A good honest supplier.
A straight forward service delivering what was promised. I should be happy to use again.

Clean very comfortable hotel, very modern decor, ideal for train and bus stations, shame we didn't get the mountain view rooms at front of hotel!
Had to cancel my reservation, got permission from the hotel in question first, (per AMOMA's very vague site requirements). After I submitted the cancelation on the AMOMA site, a window popped up saying I'd get no money back! There's no way to appeal except to call they're NY office, and I literally spent first 22mins, and then 35 mins on hold for Cancelations before I gave up and tried the Reservations line, which only took 7 mins. The representative said he'd "leave a message with somebody in Cancelations". They finally sent me an email the next day saying my reservation had been cancelled without refund, and directing me to respond (only?) if I wanted it to remain cancelled...? What the *&@!? Of course they just kept my money. Its kind of a scam. Please note that there was no "Live Chat" option on the site cancelation pages that I was presented with.

So this summer I took my family of 5 to a vacation in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, and I was searching for a hotel right on the beach for a reasonable price. I had already searched for months and all the search engines like kayak priceline trivago and others would not go for less than $100/night. We were looking into getting two rooms, so we did not want to pay too much. One day I came across AMOMA.com and the price for Hotel El Pescador was $42/night, so I decided to do my research, and I came across good and bad reviews. I decided to take my chances and book the hotel with AMOMA.com, and to be completely honest I did not have any issues at all when booking nor when I checked in. I would definitely use this website again because of its low prices and easy process.
