Provided a good ticket at a good price. For some reason this site is requiring that I enter 100 characters or words in this space which would seem like a lot of people would, at this point, abandon the rating experience site. Not good idea.
Top Class, everything I could have hoped for at a decent price. Good location, fine bedrooms and excellent breakfast.
I booked a hotel thru Amoma for Palm Springs over the memorial day weekend. When we arrived at the hotel. I was told it was overbooked and had been for since May 12th. There were no rooms available. Amoma took my money and booked my reservation anyway. I was forced to stay at another hotel and pay twice as much.
I asked them for my money back and to cover the cost of the other hotel.
Their response has been wait for 30days its been more than that and I still havent gotten my money back.
We had one minor issue that was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction on arrival. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Love the fact that it is a boutique hotel and the staff are super friendly and professional. Great location! Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again!
Great place to stay. Clean, safe and good location. The staff is awesome! Nice pool! There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the hotel has a decent bars.

I had a complaint about a booking I made for a Chicago hotel. The room was advertised as 2 queens when in fact it was 2 doubles. When I tried to call amoma on 4 separate occasions, I waited on hold no less than 45 minutes each time! Good luck getting someon to answer! They then promised to call me back several times and I never heard from them. This company is a scam!

They have very skeleton customer service. Because they are a third party to the hotel, if there is any problem (like you arrive late), the hotel can give away your room and tell you to deal with AMOMA -- which is very hard to make contact with. I paid for four nights, had my reservation cancelled for late arrival, and ended up finding a room somewhere else. AMOMA refunded two nights, but I ended up paying TWICE for the other two nights. You are warned...

I've used Hotels, Priceline, Trivago and also booked directly. Never heard of Amoma, but surprisingly it had the lowest price when i needed travel accommodation on the quick -- and also when seemingly everywhere else was sold out.
Booking a room online was really straightforward. And i just showed up at the hotel, gave my name and ID, got my key and DONE. Will definitely consider Amoma as an option next time i need to book.
The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff both at Amoma and at Jurys Inn were professional and polite at all times. Could not find one single fault with anything
Found a great deal on trivago... had I read previous reviews about Amoma... I would have not used them. However, much to my pleasant surprise, the booking was perfect. We saved almost $70/night... Hotel was great... Amoma worked out wonderfully for us this time. I would use them again.
The only drawback was I could never get someone on the phone at Amoma to answer some questions.
Surprise by how such a nice hotel had bookings for the low price we got. Told us of any other fees to expect.

This was my first time using Amoma.com and it will certainly be my last. They provided a confirmed booking and voucher for an overnight stay in Denver on June 8th. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation under my name (or confirmation number). The hotel informed me that they had been sold out for months and it wasn't possible for me to have booked the hotel the week of travel (which is when I made the reservation). I found a hotel nearby so it wasn't a huge problem.
Much to my surprise, I was charged the following day and it has been a nightmare to receive a refund from Amoma. Poor customer service. Constant run-around. Representatives that tell you one thing but never follow up. We travel a lot and we have no problem using smaller companies. But typically the smaller companies will provide better customer service. Not this company. While some may have luck using their platform, I am not sure it's worth the hassle when something goes wrong. Read through the other reviews (although Amoma works hard to remove any negative reviews across many sites) - there are a lot of instances of cancellations at the last minute and being left without a room. Search 'AMOMA tripadvisor' - it seems AMOMA has a harder time removing negative reviews from the tripadvisor site. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I booked...

The original hotel i booked had a flood and i was, on arrival at 23.00h, moved to another hotel called Hotel Autosole. I cannot fault the care, attention and support I received from Hotel Autosole from the moment I arrived to the minute I left. It was outstanding and I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again. The room was clean, tidy and spacious for one. The breakfast had an excellent choice of buffet style cereals, drinks and cold and hot foods which changed daily. The staff were helpful and the two receptionists friendly, courteous and outstanding in the service I received. Unbelievable attention to detail from help with getting around Riga to organising another taxi when I couldn't get one. A real big thank you to those two, they made my stay enjoyable and I would certainly go back to this hotel again. No hesitation.
I was extremely happy with the ease of the site. I was able to find the best price and lock in a fantastic hotel. Looking forward to using it again.
