Good hotel for the price, close to the airport, close to San Francisco, would stay again, our son attends San Francisco State University, so this is an ideal location to stay at
Nice place spaces room. Staff was helpful. We walked to Disneyland and back more than once a day. All types of restaurants near by.
Our stay at Dolphin House Hotel in London went without a hitch and was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and kind.
Always good to find the best deal. Also if there are any problems online their over the phone service is excellent as well, very quick and easy.

Arrived early, room was ready, no hassle with the hotel or the booking site, everything was very straight forward.
I never heard of Amoma, it popped up while I was trying to book a hotel room in Toronto.

We were on the street side, very noisy. It would of been better on the indide facing the courtyard/carpark. Otherwise ok. I thought the breakfast wasn't very warm

It was easy to book our hotel and the description of the hotel, location, rooms, prices and amenities was completely accurate.
This was a most enjoyable stay the rooms were first class the staff were pleasant and nothing was too much for them the breakfast was excellent and I would recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone
The Hotel was an easy 7 minute walk from the Musterschule UBahn. Very nice staff st the hotel. A few blocks away is Bergerstrasse with plenty of sidewalk cafes and small shops.
Mexico Trip (need cancelling due to Zika)

Long story short, read on;
We booked a babymoon to Cancun, Mexico to `Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa`. Little did we know, Mexico is still under Alert 2 by CDC (centers for disease control) due to Zika virus. We have been trying to cancel our hotel booking since Tuesday, and still no word.
We understand websites hate refunding money but this is a special circumstance as we are not trying to cancel for fun. We were going to fly with Alaska airlines and they are already giving us the credit, that is all settled. All they asked was a doctor paper which we provided.
I provided the same doctor paper to Amoma.com and still waiting a a response. Our trip is for June 1st.
It's Friday May 26th, just called Amoma customer service after waiting for 45 min on the line nobody answered so I had to hang up the phone. What is going on? (proof is in the attached picture)

Almost a week passed since my request, nothing is done yet l. Emailed them several days ago.
After a week of waiting a response from Amoma. They called 1 day before the scheduled trip, informing us that they will not refund us any money. Coincidence? I think not. Returning us exactly 1 day before the trip probably a game that they play. Their customer service is quite bad if you are in the US. Not sure where their call center is (probably Europe) but you have to call them in the middle of the night to talk to them. Needless to say will NEVER use this website again.
We end up traveling to Mexico and now we are back and scared if we are infected with the ZIKA virus.
