Excellent trip & lots of laughs family trip. Likely share unforgettable experienced hotel accommodation

Good breakfast and clean room. V close to nottinghill walking 8 mins and hyde park 6 mins. Liked it overall good price & stay :) would stay again.

Felt like the website didn't give me enough information about how I was going to be billed or even include check in/check out dates of the hotel I booked in my e-mails. With it being my first time using the site, I was iffy on confirming a booking because of the lack of details in my confirmed e-mails as well. Got to the hotel and checked in okay, so I guess the website wasn't too bad after all.

I have contacted Amoma twice for booking changes via online chat. Each time the agent has asked to telephone me instead. I have received fast, accurate service each time. I have followed up with the hotel and my booking is good to go. After reading some negative reviews I was nervous, but so far, I am very impressed.

Used this company on several occasions, booked hotels in London and Berlin. So easy, great price, amazing choice. Well done guys

Loved the rate at which I got my room. Super fast and easy as everything as already payed for. I hate the fact that I have to write such a long experience it was simple and nice okay!

Everything was fine! I got all information which I could need. The process was fast and simple. The hotel's pictures were really real, according with the reality.

The price in the website is reasonable low, no hidden price. Still need to have a room of improvement with the room type pictures and define in the room descriptions. Easy to book & fast. Shouldn't need to print out the voucher, paperless e-voucher will be great.

Went smooth. However, my daughter arrived at room before me and didn't know it should have been two beds. That's only thing. We made it work.

Cheap rooms but be careful as the booking confirmations are unclear and don't include full details.

For safety I checked with the hotel that they had received my booking. All was fine in the end.

Waiting time at reception two hours. Taxi cannot drop up to hotel after 10 am to 8pm location very good. Swiming pool only for children. It is four star only fridge in room is very small. No iron provided staf is cooperative dont use hotel puck and drop very expensive.

The website was easy to navigate, AMOMA.com had the best rates and availability. As for the room I was not completely satisfy with but it served it's purpose.
