Amona service was good but not so much the hotel if this was there superior rooms glad i did not go for there normal rooms
I had an absolutely beautiful experience. The staff was very friendly. The room was simply beautiful and the gourmet cookie was delicious. I will use AMOMA again for my booking. Oh, I, fogot. The cost is very economical. Try it, I think you'll like their service.

Great value stay, lovely room, on suite & a really comfortable bed. Only one little thing, although very busy at breakfast it was noticeable how long it took for bacon etc to be replenished. Lucky for us that morning we were not in a rush to leave the hotel.
Do NOT book anything with Amoma.com as they are impossible to deal with. I made a booking via Amoma at a Best Western in San Diego to find that I must have clicked the wrong date which was the following month. Needless to say I tried to cancel the booking and they refused to work with me to get the booking cancelled. Instead claiming that because they used a 3rd party service they could not cancel. I asked them to provide me the name of the company so I could call them and attempt to cancel, but they wouldn't share this information. The Best Western employee was super nice and informed me they allow cancellations for a full refund up to 24 hours before the reservation date. So yeah... Be forewarned... Amoma is the worst company ever. Do NOT do business with them.
UPDATE 8/29/2017: Nice try Amoma with the automated response. I've spoken with your agents twice now since posting the original review and same story. Sorry we cannot cancel your reservation which you accidentally booked for a full month in the future. Please pay up full price for the hotel which you clearly won't be staying at and we're so lame we cannot work with our providers to cancel... even though Best Western has no problem cancelling. You guys are... the... worst!
This business is the worst for booking hotels. No one ever answers the phone; if the do and realize you may be decreasing the length of stay, you passed to someone else which means you're on hold for over an hour. Emails are no better; tried to modify my stay, but as soon as the person realized it was going to be one day less, they stopped communicating. Don't be fooled by their prices offered; it's a big scam.

The resort is centrally located and the best part is that it has taxi service which operates on meter and is economical for tourists. No other resort is offering such services. Water activities in Nirwana gardens and treasure Bay are at as distance of 15 minutes by taxi. Ferry terminal is also nearby. Resort has all the modern facilities.
I booked online and printed the information, the only down side was the hotel didn't like the print out, but as I had my iPad with all the confirmation the problem was solved.
The building itself was under a construction and still looked great! The staff was polite and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and bright from the sun light. It was a quiet environment also.
Florida Hotel and Conference Center. No trouble at all. Didn't even bring the voucher. Just paid the resort fee, which was clearly defined on the reservation. Spent almost $40 less on the same hotel room?
Used the website for the very first time and was quite sceptical after the deal they offered was 25% cheaper than the second cheapest on the market. Everything went great, the booking was as described and their customer service is fantastic. Definitely will be using them next time

The father of Bogdan did the check in when we arrived.We paid for parking our car in nearby hotel park.We received a plastic card and no one said anything more to us.We did the check out and left the area. After a while Bogdan us and told us that the plastic card is very expensive and we must bring it back and he can image that his father did not tell us that.We returned back, lost time and you can imagine our feelings.
The Days Inn in Warwick was excellent very clean. The breakfast was unexpected but lovely. We would definitely stay there again.
The experience with Amoma was effortless. However, I was a bit worried once I had booked with them after looking at some of the reviews.
But there was nothing to be worried about, communication with live chat was very good and all was good with the accommodation in Turkey. Will not hesitate to book again with Amoma
The Ipanema Park Hotel suited our needs very well. We found all staff to be friendly and courteous. I would however recommend the hotel extend their breakfast area to eliminate guests queing, waiting for a table to become available. Also I found the "Clube Fluvial Portuense" swimming pool a few minutes away from the hotel to be excellent for my daily 1.5k swim. Perhaps the hotel could avail their guest a concession rate (as 8.00) a swim can be a bit pricey.
