Booked a hotel through Amoma to Montreal weeks before my travel date. The morning of my travel I received an email to say my hotel was no longer available but if I responded to the email I would be provided another hotel, which was no where near my original location. I responded an accepted so I was guaranteed a hotel. A few hours passed, I landed in Montreal, not sure where I should take a taxi. Stranded in the airport I tried to get a hold of anyone at Amoma, to no avail. I called the hotel I was to be booked in to find there was no such booking.
Long story short, I finally got "customer service" on the phone and spent 3 hours of my vacation at the Montreal airport trying to arrange a hotel for that night. The people at Customer service were the rudest people I have ever dealt with and bounced me around from person to person. I stayed in a terrible hotel that night but was just happy to have a place to stay.
This company is not reputable and I will never deal with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Booked a hotel in California, USA yesterday, I called the hotel to confirm and they had no record of this reservation. I checked my bank account to ensure this booking was made and AMOMA.com CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE FOR A BOOKING THAT THE HOTEL SAYS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF. I have currently been on hold with the customer service line for the past 25 minutes with NO RESPONSE. I will be reporting this company for FRAUD. To offer you the best rates on the market, we get hotel rooms from different sources. This is why a hotel's reservation system does not always save your booking under your name. But you can be sure that all confirmed bookings are guaranteed from the moment you receive your hotel voucher by email.
Within your confirmation email, on your hotel voucher and in your customer account you can find the Hotel booking reference. Depending on the reservation system, your hotel might register your booking under this number. Simply print your voucher and present it upon arrival.

I waited too long to book my room at the Westing Las Vegas. The other sites had gone from $115 to $150. I found that Amoma still had the room for $115. I booked and paid with Amoma. When I checked in they noted that I had already paid for my room. I was able to give them my SPG card number to get points or $15 coupons for food or drink. I would use Amoma again.
Wonderful hotel. Great place to spend with family. Also very romantic. Overall this hotel met all expectations.
I travelled with my husband and teenage son. Stayed at Residhome just one train stop from Disneyland Park. Check-in at hotel was simple. Just gave name and booking site had done the rest!
Great hotel. Perfect location just 15 mins from the town centre with a fantastic private garden, large but simple rooms, extensive buffet breakfast and outstanding and friendly service where nothing is too much bother. The reception staff will recommend and call any restaurant or locale for you and guide you to the best experience in Bologna. I will come again.

All was well after check-in with the exception of low, low light in bathroom. Take your own work light.
Further there is no loading zone in front of the property. This makes check-in a challenge involving parking meters, etc.

I received all the information i needed of the booking on email.
I had never heard of this site, but decided to use it because of their good prices. Unfortunately I made a mistake with my reservation dates. Minutes after I made the reservation I made a phone call to AMOMA. After being on hold for a very long time... a VERY long time, I was finally able to talk to Franklin. He told me they would review my reservation and get back to me within 24 hours. I received a confirmation email stating the same. That was ELEVEN days ago! I still haven't heard a word from them.
Oh well, too bad for them. I'm going to be traveling in Europe for a month. For sure I'll be using a different travel site. The bottom line is they're losing lots of business from me.

Bauer Palladio really did contribute to making our trip to Venice so memorable. Surroundings and history of the hotel are so special and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Having selected and paid for 2 rooms in a hotel in Ireland I arrived to be told that only 1 room was available. The hotel explained that they had alerted amoma to this fact at the time of booking but no notice was sent to me by amoma prior to my arrival. To make matters worse, the hotel advised that it was amoma who had booked all the other rooms for a tour group. I am still waiting for a response to their initial email asking why I have asked PayPal to stop payment. It has been almost two weeks of silence. Thank you to PayPal for assisting and supporting my claim for a full refund. Shameful that amoma don't even have the decency (or staff?) to provide even a simple response.

Booked with amoma, payed and received a confirmation of booking... then 23 hrs before vacation we were sent an email that there was an overbooking in the hotel and that our room was not available. We found out later that no reservation had ever been made! They offered us a crappier hotel under the airport in Montreal, when we had booked downtown. And they offered us a 90$ voucher. But I am sure that they had a great deal with the other hotel and that they would have made money off of us. Amoma took our money, said that we had a hotel for the weekend and never intended to get us a room there! The only good thing about this company if that we got our money back from them! DO NOT deal with this company. We are not the first people that this has happened to and we won't be the last. Run run run!

The booking through the site is easier and most of the hotels are discounted as compared to any other travel booking sites for the same day/room. But they don't cover booking for all the hotels in their list. The hotels in their list are good and cheaper than other booking sites.
