Never used this site but will defiantly return. I booked an overnight with my family in peak season & I had a very good deal in my favorite hotel compared to what other websites had to offer.

WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH AMOMA AGAIN, BUT WISH THEY GIVE US CHOICES FOR ROOMS AS I WANTED CENTRAL PARK FACING ROOMS. HOPE THEY WILL LOOK INTO THIS REQUEST. They gave us the best rates. But can u also give us best rates with breakfast included... would appreciate that too... AMOMA IS REALLY GOOD...
I did finally get my money back, which I appreciate. Their services would benefit from more transparency and better customer service protocols.
I booked a hotel through Amoma--when I arrive at the hotel there is no hot water, non working outlets, and broken lights. The hotel issued me a refund, but it went to the third party's credit card (Amoma) and I have not gotten a dime back. I've called multiple times and been placed on hold for protracted amount of time (if you select the option to discuss a current reservation it will take longer than if you select for a new booking). I've received two emails from different people saying that they are looking into the matter and it could take up to 30 days, which is ridiculous. I've since emailed multiple times for updates and have received no further replies. They have their money back; I do not.
Very nice. I wish I had known about the discount for first time users. I found out about it when I got a call after the booking and the lady said it was too late. Couldn't be used after the booking.
I had some issues with the reservation, but the customer service fix it right away, we enjoy the staying in the hotel
I never heard of Amoma.com but while searching for a room to a hotel that was booked everywhere else I saw that Amoma.com had it available. I booked it through them with caution since I never heard of them. But after a few days I called the hotel to make sure it was confirmed, and low and behold, they had my reservation. The check-in was smooth and we had a great vacation. Thanks Amoma!

Avoid this company at all costs. I have used other booking websites for years with little to no problem. I booked a hotel through Amoma, because they were the lowest price, 5 weeks ago. I was charged for the hotel, and received my CONFIRMED hotel voucher. A MONTH later, they informed me that the hotel was overbooked, so that they wouldn't honor my CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR reservation. The company would, however, move me to a different hotel for no extra charge. A week later, and I still have no new voucher, and I am travelling in 9 days, and there are no available hotels in the area to which I am travelling. I have contacted them SIX different times, and been told repeatedly that I would have my new voucher "within 24 hours". They are liars, thieves and con artists. I even contacted the original hotel to discuss my overbooked reservation, and they informed that there HAD BEEN NO RESERVATION in my name. I will be informing the proper legal authorities about this company and its practices
Good service and attention to detail. The room and bathroom is beautiful and the restaurant Nobu was very good. I will definitely go back sooner than later.
Large clean rooms and the bathroom has a walk in shower (no tub) but the room is huge. There is an indoor pool with hot tub plus a game room. The breakfast is basic but complete, tasted good with hot and cold options.
