I booked a reservation this past weekend, Booking: *******, on the Amoma.com and website said to wait 24hrs before contacting the hotel. I waited over 24hrs and then called the Hotel. The Hotel did not, I repeat did not have my reservation. I called the actual hotel, the Marriott 800#, and the local Reservation line for the Hotel and none of them had my reservation! The reservation was for the following weekend and I did not have time to mess around so, I cancelled with Amoma and requested a refund since there was not a room reservation. I received a message that my reservation had been cancelled on the Amoma website. Then the next day I received an email that they charged be a cancellation fee, that was equal to the room rate. They said that they could not refund me as it was a cancellation fee and I had cancelled. But there was no reservation! I would not have cancelled if there had been a room reservation. I have since disputed the charge with AMX My friends said I warned me that this was probably a bad site and not to book it... I guess I should have listened! I will pass on my BAD experience so others will not have to go through this!

I booked through amoma.com for two nights and two rooms for July 2015 in Dublin Ireland. Due to a medical emergency, the reservation was canceled through the actual hotel that was booked through Amoma. AMOMA refused to reimburse me what I paid them, stating that they paid the hotel. I spoke with the hotel, they are 100% sure they never received payment from AMOMA. So, AMOMA owes me the refund of $275 times two Rooms. They have chosen to ignore all of my emails!

I wish if I could 0 star, I booked a room for 2 Adults and 2 children at Impiana KLCC when I received the room today I was shocket it got only 2 single bed. I asked the reception and they told me I have to pay extra for the kids beds because the booking agent which is (Amoma.com) booked a room for only 2 persons and I ended paying extra money fir my 2 kids, I just wanted to share my bad experience with that scam web site. If i would have the chance, I would sue them.

I requested for the hotel receipt including the four digits of my credit card(payment method) and the information about breakdown on taxes because their invoice combined taxes and fees. AMOMA.com repeatedly said their policy cannot provide anything else than the invoice without details. Still I'm not sure if I can successfully get reimbursed from my school. So annoying. I should have booked through official hotel websites or big third party companies. I regret booking via AMOMA.com.

I honestly lost sleep booking through this site because of the bad reviews and well, when it's too good to be true, it usually is... Definitely not the case! We got an amazing deal (feels like we robbed them!) on a suite in Canmore. I was very sceptical and called the hotel to confirm the booking, even after the hotel confirmed I was nervous the day of travel but in the end everything was as promised! I'll definitely book through amoma again!

I got to the hotel that I had booked 3 weeks earlier just to find out that the reservation was never actually confirmed - I was never made aware of this until I reached the hotel that late evening. I then tried to contact their customer service 3 separate times. Wasting over 2.5 hours, over 3 separate days, and never being able to contact them.

Finally on the third day I got in contact with them. They opened up an investigation. Let's see how long it takes to get my money back. Not to mention the gas and time wasted during my vacation

I booked with Amoma.com for a trip to Mexico because their price was around $100 less than other sites. After booking and receiving a "voucher" via email, I was a little nervous about going to another country and handing them a piece of paper saying I prepaid for a room. I then looked for reviews and found a mix of good and bad reviews. I waited a week and then called the resort to check on my reservation. They had my correct reservation in the system and said I was confirmed. Just to be sure, I called almost weekly to make sure everything was legit before we travel internationally. Needless to say, everything was perfect and more affordable than other sites. I would use AMOMA.com again!
