Absolute luxury in paradise

We just got home from Hawaii and thanks to an amazing Amoma deal, stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Waikiki Beach. We practically got 2 rooms for the price of one! The resort was phenomenal, made the trip just perfect. All 10 of us were so so pleased. I will definitely be looking to Amoma when we book next year as well!

Not too good to be true!

As a 1st time user, I was nervous to use a site I've never heard of, especially one with markedly cheaper hotel pricing. I'm glad I took the chance! I've saved a bundle on our Vegas hotel (Expedia wouldn't price match) and will definitely book with Amoma again!

Beware this company

I booked a room in Amsterdam, only to have my booking declined ( there were no rooms available in the hotel) but my funds were ' authorised' so won't be available to me for another 14 days. The web page says Funds were only supposed to be taken if the booking was confirmed.

Total scam

Be aware, as soon as you click they already monitor you. Then they call and offer very attractive price just so you give your credit card info. The you already owe them just because you gave them your info.
They lie about everything. Then try to call them. You'll stay in the phone for 25 min. And then the line will go dead. Be aware. Total scam

Amoma is ok

I originally wrote a very bad review for Amoma since I thought there were fraudulent charges on my card after booking with them (what I thought were fraudulent charges were actually authorized). I'm still only rating them as average because the process of trying to book a hotel with them was very time-consuming and confusing: I tried to book a hotel on their site only to receive an email saying that I need to call customer service because something went wrong with the booking. I call customer service and had to be transferred to their reservations department (even though I entered that information from the beginning and was put on hold again), and they tell me that the hotel room is still available but for $100 more. I agree to pay the additional cost only to later find out that the room is actually not available anymore (since it was the last room left). I was feeling frustrated and stressed out after all of this and maybe none of this would have happened if I wasn't trying to book the last room.

Booked a double double suite, whatever that mean, room only has a 1 bed. The hotel was booked and customer service basically told me it was my problem. Never offered to help... nothing.

Gentleman on the phone was rude and condescending. Very bad experience.

I booked a hotel for my colleague from Jun 18-22 and for some reason he had to check out a day earlier. I called Amoma customer service number which usually takes about 40 min to get hold of anyone. Sometime, it just hangs up on you. One guy told me to get a invoice from hotel when guest checks out and send it to Amoma so i can get the remaining balance refunded. 1st I received email saying they could not open my attachment. How come I can open the same PDF and image (I sent both) and they can't. I even provided reference number and all the info hotel gave us. Now: It has been over one and half month and i still have not got my refund nor do i get any response of my email.

After searching several websites Amoma came up as offering the lowest avaliable price with the best package avaliable. It was my first time using this website so first impressions was key! I was very impressed with how easy it was to use. I also appreciated the fact that there were no hidden hotel charges and everything was paid for via Amoma. I also liked that I had to option to find out about other deals available.
I will definately be using Amoma for future bookings!

I booked an hotel via Amoma. I didn't booked the right dates, and immediately asked to change. You won't do it, even if the hotel asked you directly because i contacted them. You want me to pay the whole reservation in case of modification, even if the hotel has rooms available.
This is a terrible way to keep a new client...
I'm upset by the situation that could have gone well, and very disappointed by my first Amoma experience...

Amoma Is a scam

Their reviews must be fake. Go to trip advisor and check out their reviews.
They never refund $436 that i paid after they acknowledged my cancellation.
Customer service never responded to my emails not do they pick up the phone, They have a new york number but supposedly are based in switzerland.

I have used the site on 3 occasions and each time they have offered the cheapest rates. Also they were the only site able to offer a third bed in the room for a child aged 15 (even some of the hotels would not offer this directly) site quick and easy to use only gripe you have to wait 24hours for confirmation so if your flights are getting full you have to either take a chance or wait!
