Still waiting for my money after the hotel was overbooked and I had to find a new one by myself. Taxi, mobile and other costs are also not paid. Now I have to contact a lawyer, what a bad company and the worst customer service ever. Nothing is happening I always have to contact them and I am still waiting for a lot of money.

We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the reservation never existed. The place is a total scam. No one has been available in customer service the several times I have called and waited over 30 minutes. Literally no one answers the phone. And now I have been charged twice for the room. Lesson learned not to make a booking online with some no name company.

I booked 2 nights on All Star Music at Disney and i asked many times about Disney Confirmation Number but they only awnser with automatic Emails and i cant make my fast pass, i called Disney but they say they cant find my reservation im really worried about this, it was my first booking on amoma.

Great deal with Amoma. Com. One night in Cardiff bed and breakfast great price booked online no issues. Checked with hotel two days before stay informed all booked with no issues. Will definitely use again
Clean and perfect location. Swimming pool wa's a bit too deep but that would be the only issue if I had one.
Everything was great! I had no issues and got the price and the hotel that I was looking for. This website is the best and I'm sure that I will use it again.
Exceptionally easy to book this hotel and got a great deal using AMOMA... The hotel was very nice and the pool was beautiful and the food at the pool bar was great! Had a great time
First room was very, very small. Stayed there one night. It was so, so hot, even with the fan. I asked at reception for change of room, and the Receptionist managed to find us a bigger (much, much bigger.) room with no quibble. We enjoyed our second and last night much better.
I must say that we stayed at the Marriott for two nights previously.At The Marriott and the rooms were much bigger and furnished to a higher standard.
All in all we had a fairly good time at the Caledonian, but think I would pick the Marriott first, but I wouldn't turn the Caledonian down if it was a good price.
When I arrived in the Nobu Eden Roc Hotel they couldn't find my reservation.
When I did the check out finally they found. It was weird.
I believe you guys should be on top of the business to avoid this kind of feeling on your clients.

The hotel was very good, the breakfast was great, but the hotel was noisy over the weekend because of the very large number of young people who were probably just coming to have fun and were visibly drunk in the afternoon.The hotel is in the city center, which is very good.
Horrible customer service! On hold for more than 30 minutes! I gave up and am now very skeptical of your site. And most reviews aren't that great! What are your hidden fees? Is the price on the voucher what we are being charged for or will we be hit with others fees?

Used Trivago.com and got pointed to Amoma. Clicked on a double beds room all the way through both sites but Amoma put me in a king room with a pullout sofa. Didn't find out until I arrived at the hotel. Amoma then told me that a double room only means 2 beds in the U.S. They refused to refund my money or find me another hotel. I ended up paying for another hotel miles away. Stay away... stay away and the customer service was rude.

Hotel is nice and cheap and good view i like the hotel room as it is clean i feel that i should stay in a hotel with a bigger room and better environment
Booking was very easy. The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. Would definitely book again. I would like to see very detailed directions for people travelling via the London Undergound as there are several exits when you get off the tube.
I made a booking through this web for Amari Boulevard in Thailand the booking ref. Is *******. When I did the booking I received an email that it would be free cancellation, but when I decided to cancel my booking it shows that they will detect 60$ for the cancellation! I sent many email but they did not reply me yet. It's a very bad experience I don't recommend this website at all.
After two days from writing this review I received a call from Amoma customer service center, they clarify the issue and as they said that the free cancellation was a special offer given by the agent that why the system shows that the cancellation fee is 60$. But at the end I received the whole amount back. My advice is to get a confirmation email when u book that it's a free cancellation. Thank you.

Booked this unbelievable deal at the Ritz. Was a little nervous. But was welcomed and had a great room in Aruba.
