Very Satisfied, happy experience. Good customer service, good food and best hotel location. I stayed there from July 22 to July 27,2017 for family vacation.
I was hesitant to book through Amoma as I had never heard of them until Trip Advisor pushed them as the best deal for a hotel we were looking at outside Yosemite. They had the best deal and the whole process was very simple. Just make sure you print your voucher! The hotel we went to was unable to use the one on my phone... maybe that was the hotels fault though. :) thanks Amoma!
Got the lowest price available. Everything was smoothe and correct. I do recommend. First time using it.
It is convenient as it closes to shops. It has equipment enough for cooking, nice view, and more importantly, quiet.
I booked a room at a resort in Indian Wells for September in April. Amoma sent me the reservation number confirmation, I even called the hotel to make sure that I have a reservation. Everything was fine until today, when I got an email from them on my saying that my reservation no longer exists and they like to Replace my room at a beautiful resort with the room at the La Quinta for no extra charge. How gracious of them to downgrade me for free.
UPDATED - I'm pretty sure this is the hotel dropping reservations since they can get more for the room than I paid. Not Amoma's fault - though maybe they should check their policies with the hotels.
Westgate Hotel Myrtle beach- loved it... The area was ideal. Perfect location. So many sites to see, beach shopping, food. Needed to stay here while my dghtr had cheerleading try outs at Coastal Carolina College. Straight up 501 easy access to the school
Seamless transaction like most other sites with zero issue at check in.
Will check this site first in the future for similar requirements.

Close to airport, lake, Calea Victoria, Lovely lake to walk around. Fantastic breakfast. Close to many restaurants.
Hotel good, pity the leisure centre was disappointing, some items not working on the day we spent there. Food very good in bar for lunch, breakfast was also very good.
Rooms had plenty of space and well arranged.
Chose this very central Vienna hotel and found Amoma the cheapest online deal for it. Very pleased with the experience and will look to use the website again.

I had booked the Francis Hotel Bath fortunately on a flexible reservation that could be cancelled, as it was unbelievably £100 a night cheaper through Amoma! I was wary as it seemed too good to be true? But all went smoothly and I was very impressed with the saving I made.
Easy reservation process. Great price for a great hotel in walking distance of the convention center.
I went to this site from Canada to book a Canadian hotel. There was even a Canadian flag in the top corner and a Canadian contact number. Only after booking did I realize they were charging me in US dollars. When I tried to cancel online they state that I will have to pay $60 to cancel.
I am now on hold (45 minutes and counting) with still no live voice.
NEVER use this site. This is just a scam they are trying to pull.

Great service and booked a really great hotel - would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast excellent
We just booked our vacation in the Dominican Republic and every site had a $150 dollar resort credit and this was the only site that didn't offer that. We assumed it would be included since every other site we checked had that but we when went to our hotel we were disappointed that for some reason it wasn't included in the price we paid for our stay. My advice is check to see what you are getting before you book your trip. They don't have a very flexible cancellation policy. I think even if you cancel immediately they want to charge you a percentage of your trip.

Rooms were small, clean and comfortable. Service was very good. Elevators are slow. Parking is expensive
The booking was easily made online and the whole visit went without a hitch. I would recommend this service to anyone.
I made a hotel reservation with Double Tree at Ealing, London for 2 nights for 2 adults on 21/22 July at a cost of £256. I completed all information on line and then pressed final confirmation. After a short while the screen locked and came back with a message telling me the hotel were not responding to the request and the booking could not be processed. A short while later I received 2 separate emails advising me of my booking with 2 separate booking numbers (******* and *******) and each taking £256 out of my account. I did NOT make 2 bookings. I phoned AMOMA on 15th, 17th and 19th July explaining situation but by the time I arrived at the hotel I had heard nothing. I had to explain all to Duty Manager. Yesterday I received email from AMOMA denying my request for a refund. This cannot be right, I did NOT make 2 reservations; somehow the system did and someone is sitting on my £256. Can I PLEASE have my £256 refunded.
