I bought my '07 GT new. I have ordered numerous parts from American Muscle both cosmetic and functional. The parts purchased and related service has been excellent on every occasion.

I've paid for expedited two day shipping twice.
You got me the first time, and didn't get the package to me in the two days specified, and that I paid extra for. I thought this may have just been a fluke, so you got me again. I paid seventy eight dollars for expedited shipping. You specified, when I bought depart, it would be here in two days on a tuesday. 78 dollars down the drain. You should give me a refund for the two times the that i've paid for expediting shipping and not got it on time. I'm disgusted.By the way, you handle your website and lie to people about when you can get parts to them.
Order took forever to get to me it moved all over the place before it got to me. Said it had an exception on it whatever that is. Anyway it arrived finally and it was probably a FedEx issue.

I called this morning -spoke with Jason B in your sales dept -I asked for a 275/35/18 Sumitumo HTR Z5 tire - Explained I have a 9 in wheel it would go on -he proceeded to tell me I needed a 265/35/18 and sold me it. I work for a Ford dealer and have a tech here that does all way work on my Mustang -I asked my tech about the 265/35/18 - he told me that tire is for 9.5 in wheel and up - which I also looked up that tire on your website and the information was plainly printed on the tire information. I called and texted Jason back (literally minutes after I hung up with him on the original order) - It took Jason 30 minutes to get back in touch with me -he then tells me that he cannot stop or change the order - switches me to your customer service dept - and the lady there explains the same situation - I find this to be bs -a large company like yourselves should be able to stop or change orders - so she agreed to send me a return shipping label so when the tires get her, I can send them back. -But have to wait for a credit on the money I spent (which is also bs) - instead of changing my order and using same money -versus me having to place new order and charge another payment - If Jason B had sold me the tire I asked for to begin with -none of this crap would have gotten on my nerves today. I am just glad that I asked my tech about the tire and called back -versus going off your salesperson's advice/sales and gotten the tires he sold me and they would not have worked for my wheels and I would have been even madder than I am now. I am in customer service with a Ford dealer for 32 years now and this whole process has been mind blowing to say the least.
