I called this morning -spoke with Jason B in your sales dept -I asked for a 275/35/18 Sumitumo HTR Z5 tire - Explained I have a 9 in wheel it would go on -he proceeded to tell me I needed a 265/35/18 and sold me it. I work for a Ford dealer and have a tech here that does all way work on my Mustang -I asked my tech about the 265/35/18 - he told me that tire is for 9.5 in wheel and up - which I also looked up that tire on your website and the information was plainly printed on the tire information. I called and texted Jason back (literally minutes after I hung up with him on the original order) - It took Jason 30 minutes to get back in touch with me -he then tells me that he cannot stop or change the order - switches me to your customer service dept - and the lady there explains the same situation - I find this to be bs -a large company like yourselves should be able to stop or change orders - so she agreed to send me a return shipping label so when the tires get her, I can send them back. -But have to wait for a credit on the money I spent (which is also bs) - instead of changing my order and using same money -versus me having to place new order and charge another payment - If Jason B had sold me the tire I asked for to begin with -none of this crap would have gotten on my nerves today. I am just glad that I asked my tech about the tire and called back -versus going off your salesperson's advice/sales and gotten the tires he sold me and they would not have worked for my wheels and I would have been even madder than I am now. I am in customer service with a Ford dealer for 32 years now and this whole process has been mind blowing to say the least.

I got what i ordered but the packaging was pretty shoddy, spark plugs just thrown in the box, and loose (even the manufacturers box was empty as they were floating around) looked like my 12-year-old had packaged it. But all parts accounted for and installed.

Ordered OEM radiator and item & at checkout said Guaranteed 3 day shippin, was ordered on a Wednesday so should have arrived on Saturday. After ordered Fed Ex notification telling me would be delivered that Sunday. 4 days. Had I known I would have just purchased a radiator from a local auto parts store. I missed a Saturday night car show event because of the timing.
Needed the conductor plate aka the lead frame replaced on my 2014 Ford mustang, 6R80 transmission. Following several YouTube videos I was able to replace the component myself with the vehicle on raised on jack stands, saving a substantial amount of money. As many may already know, the 6R80 is an overall very robust and reliable transmission, with the major weak points being the vehicle speed sensor can lose signal intermittently sometimes causing the transmission to unexpectedly drop into 1st or 2nd gear at highway speeds creating a dangerous situation, and while there was recall for the F150, any vehicle with a 6R80 is at risk when approaching 100k miles
Even though your website said that it fits 2008 ford mustang it does not. I need to return it
