With the most recent purchase I made would I had to request a new tune from y'all I currently use the bama performance flash tuner but overall a good experience and minor problems at most
Everything on American Muscle's end was perfect. The only issue was with Fed-Ex losing one of the 4 tires. It eventually showed up, but 3 days later, which screwed up the appointment for mounting and balancing.
I am very pleased that the company sells the part I was looking for. Obviously I have found the right parts warehouse to order from. I have ordered parts in the past, and they have performed as designed. Thank you.
Couldnt find factory strut plates so American muscle got me covered with good aftermarket's! Then I went to get an alignment and Meineke lost my driver side rubber bushing but American Muscle luckily sells the bushings by itself!

Ordered my suspension here sr performance v2 coil overs came fast and everything was present
Pictures were too small to see where the TPMS sensor/Air inlet was located, as my current rims have the TPMS sensors on the inside of the wheel not facing the outside which makes it a real pain.
Asked support and they were able to send me a picture and stated the sensor was on the outside facing lip.

I found out about American Muscle not to long ago, so far I've ordered a spoiler and a cold air intake for my 2016 GT Mustang and they are the best by far, you create your account and vehicle type and basically what you pick tailored for your car, and the recommendation are perfect the website is easy to navigate and I will continue to be a returning customer thank you

I called one of your techs to see why it wasn't giving me an option to just pick up the tail lights from the warehouse since I live like 10 mins from it. Instead he told me to just put the warehouse address and then they should know it's a pick up. And once I called today to see when I can pick it up they told me they would have to refund my money which will take 10 days and then I will have to re order them again. And call another tech for to switch it over to pick up. Most likely causing the same. Problem. Horrible
Have purchased several items from AM and their service and shipping are top notch. Web site is easy to navigate with great selection and a great rewards program. I'll be purchasing much more from them
I ordered a Fitech intake manifold kit w/throttle body. The customer sales representative recommended this kit and said it would fit. Come to find out nothing about it fit. My car is a drive by wire and I was sent a drive by cable throttle body. The intake itself didn't fit and there were no instructions not that it would've mattered anyway. It was just a huge inconvenience, but I trusted the sales representative and was let down. But all other parts I've bought were great and fit.
I've had nothing but great experiences when purchasing from American Muscle. If I need customer service they have always been top notch when helping with any issues I've had.
