Any experience that I have with American muscle is generally good. I never have an issue when it comes to shipping usually when there's a product defect they're very good with exchanges. My only issue is I don't like having to go back back-and-forth to different websites because of lack of product because I'm restoring an 03 Mustang GT I find it annoying that the majority of the products won't be on American muscle and they'll actually be on LMR.com I feel that if American muscle was to expand into more little parts and restoration parts, people would primarily buy from them.
I have many parts from AM that are on my mustang. I am making a board with all the vendors who helped get my mustang built for car shows and AM is one of them.
I have had experience where I had paid for fast shipping and it took a week to get to me.
But this promotion shipping where it is free feels like a little redemption due to now it can take as long as it wishes because no charge.
I was needing a stronger clutch kit for my 07 gt mustang and yall made it easy to find what I needed

Purchased a Tuner w a custom tune from Lund Racing. Waited over a week and still haven't received the tune. Contacted Lund support and learned that they never received the form American Muscle makes you fill out to send to the tuners. Have tried emailing and calling AM Tuning with no response.

It was simple to find exactly what I needed. Placed the order super simple. Got them in the mail with the 2 day shipping unlike other places I shopped and it was delayed.

I called to ensure I was able to get the right brake pads since the Brembo's were out of stock. I needed brake pads for a 2014 w/Track Pack and that is a limited possibility. The customer service rep on the phone was very helpful and I was able to complete the purchase on the web.

They said they would fix it it would be there in 2 days well iI called about the 2 caps I return because they only have me credit for one I ordered a part tonight an the new credit was not there. I ordered the part anyway I'll call them tomorrow to figure out what the problem is. Thanks

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.

We were sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your previous orders. I reviewed your order for the J&M Non-Adjustable Rear Upper and Lower Control Arms; Red (05-10 Mustang) and I confirmed the fitment on the manufacturer's website and they show the control arms are made to fit 2005-2010 Ford Mustangs. In reviewing the product it also shared that these are specifically engineered for the S197 chassis (2005-2010). Recommended Action: It is highly recommended to grease the polyurethane bushings before installation.
