It was simple to find exactly what I needed. Placed the order super simple. Got them in the mail with the 2 day shipping unlike other places I shopped and it was delayed.

I called to ensure I was able to get the right brake pads since the Brembo's were out of stock. I needed brake pads for a 2014 w/Track Pack and that is a limited possibility. The customer service rep on the phone was very helpful and I was able to complete the purchase on the web.

So Glad I did not listen to the installation instructions. I bought the bumper TRIM, not the entire bumper. After looking at the mounting points on the new product I threw away the instructions that said to REMOVE THE ENTIRE BUMPER, TAIL LIGHTS, ETC. Wow, 2 hours later the job was completed and looks great.
The whole process to order was very difficult. Qualified for the military discount but don't see it on my order. Took me forever to figure out how to remove stuff from my account.

Website is easy to navigate and parts have good information. However I did notice some items you can't find from basic searching. Some items that are in the catalogs only show up when you type in the item numbers
Ordered my headlights as open box, paid for install then received a call from install connect saying they cannot install headlights due to open box. If I would of known this I would not have purchased

Ordered SKU: ******* and got ******* which doesn't fit. Now I have to send pictures, wait for those to process, go to fedex after they process, and only then the right part will ship? That turns my two day shipping and fix into a week.

The customer service and viper rewards program have made American Muscle more than just a parts provider, american muscle is now my go to company for everything I can get from them.
I purchased a ton of items for my new build. Everything was there. Customer service helped me get the right parts, and shipping was extremely fast. What more could you ask for?
I've trusted American Muscle for years when buying parts for my Mustangs. Unfortunately they have let me down on this one. Paid for 2 day shipping and got the parts 4 days later. Then once I opened the part found out it was DNA Motoring brand from EBay which they marked up substantially from what other places are selling them for. So if you like paying almost twice the price for a part from China then I highly recommend these plates.

We reviewed the FedEx tracking, and it shows on Sunday 2/15, they tried to deliver it, but "customer was not available or business was closed." We show it was delivered the following day, and they left it at your front door. I am not sure why they would leave it by your door Monday, but they were unable to leave it there on Sunday, I can understand your frustration with this situation.
I can also understand your frustration with the price of the Adjustable Camber Caster plates. We do offer a price match program. If your purchase is within the last 7 days, we can match the price with some exceptions. We can't match prices from auction or wholesale sites like eBay or TireRack, nor can we match other sites' coupons or discounts. If you could provide a link to the item on the website you're referring to, I'd be happy to take a look for you. If you have a link showing a store selling the same item at a lower price, please send that link in an email to [email protected] and kindly include your order information. My item alternator arrived destroyed with a sheet of paper as protection, when shipping it back I was told it would be free which it was not due to the shipping label given to me by AM. Seemed to be a lot more hassle on my part for a mistake that was not mine.

When a customer receives a damaged item, we do send out return labels at our expense to our customers so they can return the damaged item to us. We reviewed this order, and it looks like the email address is slightly different from the email address on your other orders. The email address on this order did not have a period between your first and last name. This was the email address that the return label was emailed to. I did not want to assume what the correct email address was, so if you would like to have it corrected, please contact our Customer Service Team and reference order 1-58568787, and they will be happy to assist you and make the needed corrections.
We do show that we sent the replacement alternator to you and the tracking number is 9405511899561956464991 and is being shipped USPS.

Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
